Charles F. Vollman Park — Local services in Hollywood

A small park south of the Parc Station neighborhood between the tri-rail and I-95. It’s shaded with many large old oak trees and a few stranger figs. It’s nice for dog walking or a short walk. There is a small pond near the entrance. During the warmer months there is a lot of mosquitos so it might be a good idea to use bug spray if you’re staying a little while. The park use to be very nice and maintained. Now the benches and the sidewalks have duck poop on them. We saw 2 dead ducks. It's a shame because it has good shade trees and is a decent walk around. Quiet park with a nice sidewalks for walking/ jogging and lots of beautiful trees giving shade. There are always people walking their dogs. No bathroom, no playground, no swings/ slides and no water fountains for people but they do have a dog water fountain. No fenced in area...
