My daughter visited orthopedic to check her muscle pain and they recommended here. She did not break her arm, no muscle tear down, just few days of relax was required and some therapy, that was diagnosis.

At her single visit here they charged $2000, and even after Insurance covered, we have to pay$1000. They are in network.

Of course if you have good insurance or done with deductible, the total cost will down. But seriously $2000 for that job? It’s the amount of calling ambulance four times. And you can buy 2 smartphones.

And the bill comes from St. Joseph’s Hospital, so don’t get confused.

I called them about this aggressive charge and they say they can not do much about the bill. So they pass the ball to St. Joseph’s hospital billing team, and they also says there’s nothing they can do, call insurance.

Why do I need to call insurance company for the charges the therapy charged u, and complain it’s too much?

So basically you end up with wasting your time.

My son on the other hand visited different office, near Red Bank. They cost less. My son was high school soccer player and have been treated for a while. It did not cost me much. So I would say the issue is with only this Holmdel office.

Recently I experienced severe lower back pain and again turned to Twinboro in Holmdel for help. While I was not very hopeful given the intensity of my pain but I decided to try Physical Therapy (PT) again.

When I started, my only expectation was that the therapy would help me manage my pain better; however, to my very pleasant surprise, after only a few sessions of therapy, my back never felt better. On most days now, I feel like my back is almost normal. I give the credit to my Physical Therapist Allison Sarnoski of Twinboro. She provided me with effective and consistent therapy during every session. She reinforced those sessions with a very effective set of exercises that she slowly expanded to strengthen my back. You may be fooled by her low-key demeanor but the results of her therapy are anything but! She is an exceptional therapist.

The well-trained therapist assistants at Twinboro Holmdel are friendly and provide all assistance you need. I want to especially thank Katie Downey for her great support.

First i have to say if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Working with this team of physical therapists was wonderful. I worked with Dean, Joe, Jill and Meghan. But also had a couple of appointments when I met other staff members (sorry I forgot names). All of them were helpful in working with me to recover. They take their time with you to make sure to design a routine that is tailored to your needs. My Physical therapist was Dean and his knowledge on the issue I was having was amazing. He always was concerned on how I felt doing the exercises and how I was progressing. If something wasn't working he was willing to find a replacement therapy/exercise to accomodate. The atomosphere was always relaxed and very pleaseant. You never felt that you were being rushed out the door for the next person coming in for thier appointment. If you can only be there for a certain amount of time they worked with that. I really appreciated how Dean explained the exercise, what it would target and the expected result for doing the exercise.
