Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Holmdel Township

This store has always had it's issues from cleanliness to the speed your orders are made due to incompetence and I assume terrible training of employees. I made an an online order today went in 10 minutes after my scheduled pick up time food still wasn't ready. Apparently ran out of brown rice. How do you run out of rice at Chipotle? Thought it was a joke at first honestly. Still wasn't annoyed at all at this point the manager seemed really good and I even was happy with the service because he was a new face and seemed like he genuinely cared. Waited got my good drove 15 minutes home and it was complete wrong order. Attempted to call the store 5 times just for my money back and no one answered every single time. No voicemail either nothing. Chipotle doesn't even have a direct customer service line. Called the closest thing to a customer service line which I waited for a representative for about 15 minutes only for a machine to tell me there is no one available and hang up on me. Gave the store one more try and what do you know they answered and told me they could only give me a refund in store and I'd have to go through website. Right back to square one. Never written a review in my life and I could care less about customer service for the most part and I understand how it works stuff happens. This was just terrible though. Hopefully get my money back. Anyone who reads this hope you get a solid laugh but its 100% true. Probably never going back unless I'm on the verge of starvation. This place needs new coaching staff and rebuild top to bottom. Maybe Sam Darnold can turn this franchise around when Jets realize it isn't...

This place is going down hill fast... I go in about 1/week and every time the service is a little worse. Started happening a couple months ago. I dont see the same people working there.

Tonight I went in to a long line, the front counter was short staffed again, as it has been lately with only 1 person working there. He is there all the time and, while I order the same thing every time, it comes out different every time. No consistency. He was the only one working the counter, and by the time I left the line was to the door. The food was a hot mess also. The counter was dirty and as he was making my bowl, I noticed a bunch of food cross contamination in the different toppings. I asked him what was in the salsa and he just mumbled something about it just being other toppings and continued to scoop it onto my bowl, completely unphased. I looked at the people up front and said, this place is a hot mess, where is the manager? One of them said he's an hour and a half late like he always is. Employees totally disgruntled and overworked. Not enough people to keep the service up and keep the service counter clean and properly stocked. Like actually a terrible experience and I even felt bad for the employees when I left. Pretty sure Im going to call corporate on Monday.... Chipotle has a stellar reputation, and this aint it. And its literally getting worse every time I...

0 stars if I could. This place is absolutely disgusting with the worst attitude from employees here. I quite literally have never experienced such rude behavior at any other store/restaurant in the area except here. “Maybe if you were paying attention you’d realize you have the order” no brother you have 29 other people in front of me why tf would I order when you can barley handle the others in front. Every single customer in line got the disgusting guys attitude and idk why no one said anything. If I didn’t want to catch a harassment charge I’d slap all of the employees in the face for being so ignorant. I’m always nice but when you act like I’m in the wrong that’s when you’re gonna get the attitude back. This place needs new management because she obviously treats them like little friends rather than employees. Based off the reviews, idk why this place hasn’t shut down. No one cleans here, place is flooded with garbage and stanky attitudes and filled with cross contamination. Mind you, 2 people have gone to the hospital from this exact chipotle but no one seems to have done anything??? Y’all are lucky I have a good career and don’t set yall straight.
