Eli the manager is sitting in the back room while she makes ONE poor ( very kind and helpful ) employee handle a wrap around line completely by herself. When myself and many others asked an additional employee Lisa who was at the register area but not ringing anyone up why she couldn’t help out the line considering there’s so many people and when I had already been waiting nearly 40 MINUTES she said “ her code is not working and she needs the managers help for it “ so we asked where the manager was she said “ in the back she can’t come out right now “ so what is this “ manager “ being paid for if they cannot help out their employees? And secondly once I finally reached the register for my turn to pay I asked Lisa what the managers name was she hesitated then said Eli and immediately started ringing people up. If your code wasn’t working and you needed the managers help how did it magically start working when I requested names? Extremely lazy and unprofessional staff. Don’t leave one employee to do multiple peoples job when you have employees all over doing quite literally nothing. When he brought home and I start removing the tag I noticed some exactly plate was charge $1 and some $4.99.also instead of 5 plates they charge him 6 plates. Read moreI’m a frequent shopper of Homegoods/Marshalls chain. This location has great product but the personal isn’t helpful. There is a cashier that might be a lead or manager. I didn’t get her name but she’s heavily tanned. She tries to be friendly but comes off rude and always makes you feel like you’re trying to steal.
