Can’t say enough wonderful things about this shop and their customer service. I was looking for a specific product for my Mom’s Christmas stocking. They were out of stock in all locations and the operations center that fulfills the website orders offered to call the vendor to see if they could supply the product before Christmas. The vendor kindly brought more product the same day and the store followed up to let me know it would be shipped next day. It arrived and the shipping carrier had broken the bottle in transit and not only did Alabama Goods find me a replacement on the Sunday before Christmas but an incredibly kind staff member drove it to my house as to not risk it getting lost in the mail a couple days before Christmas. I absolutely love this store. I only wish it was more convenient for ME as I would shop there all the time. As it is, I get in there a few times a year and always find something unique and special to give for gifts. I've used them a couple of times for corporate gifts as well. They definitely have items hard or impossible to find elsewhere and take the best care of their customers. Super friendly staff, many handmade items, and unique gifts will keep you going back...
