Had 2 Rolexes I wanted to sell. She says " I'll have to have them verified" to which I said sure! It will take the weekend she said....again I said okay. The following THURSDAY she finally had them verified.....Then she says...that will be 90$! WHAT? YOU wanted to make sure they were real....I ALREADY KNEW! Anyway, avoid this place and this woman like they have the plague! Sold the watches elsewhere. Jason P.S. The Good reviews about this place....are her family and friends.....not customers UPDATE I later found out that the guy she used to test the watches authenticaticity DID NOT EVEN CHARGE HER!!!!!!!!!! She literally charged me $100 FOR NOTHING!!!!!! The person i sold them to uses the same jewler/watch repair guy. When he showed them to him he laughed and said "I already verified these" lol! Well......I'm not laughing actually. Here it is 3+ years later and it still bothers me she lied. I don't think I mentioned this in the original review but when I dropped off the watch she said there would be no charge as long as it didn't cost her. It didn't (she actually didn't deny it, she just told me to leave) but she charged me anyway. I'm disabled and $100 is a LOT OF $ TO ME!!!! So please, never do business with this woman that owns essentials jewelry....

To make a very long story short, In the photo is a very sentimental bracelet that a woman received as a gift from her brother several years ago when they were kids. 2 yrs ago it broke off and it was lost. Upon finding it, she took it to several places and the few people that did say it was repairable, it would cost an arm & leg doing so. After moving away from this area it didn't cross my mind to check with Ms Carla to replace this until one day during a talk about a visited trip there that I should make the trip and try to see what Ms Carla could do for us. So not only was it just days before Christmas with the rush in her store and high demands of everything with everyone. But she was able to see me and my requests in a timely manner but also relieved me from it being repairable at an affordable cost and just in time for Christmas also!!! She's the best. She orders and does amazing sales for you repairs cleans she also buys from people as well so Happy with the trip well worth every trip and my time definitely going to do business again...

Sent text asking whether they replace watch batteries. No reply. Drove to the place of business arriving 10.30 am as they open at 10am. Notice on door they would be open at 12 noon even tho notice in window said "yes we are open". I went back at 12.10pm. Still no one there. Another customer was waiting too ...fortunately she knew of another jewelry store near publix in hernando GUs jewelers. I drove there and got a battery for my watch. Won't bother with Essentials fine...
