Will never shop the Beverly Hills location ever again. Each time my husband goes in at 5pm to get fried shrimp he always gets an attitude from the elderly lady working there. Saturday- May 18th 2024 nothing but soak up pads everywhere near the freezers which were full. The food should have been removed for health reasons as obviously they were leaking and not working properly but, the food remained. BOGO on hamburgers they were out and another brand was in its place. Looking at our receipt we did not get BOGO and had the misfortune of having EMILY there at customer service. The burgers we bought were $13.99 per package, total of $27.98. She only wanted to refund us $12.67 when she could not figure out simple subtraction, even showed her on my calculator. She was very nasty which in turn made me mad! Throws her hands up in the air and runs to the back as her manager ALVARA took over. He was not much help either, we wound up deleting the whole transaction as I asked Emily to do. Mind you, this was all over $1.00 difference! Customer is always right but in the case I was right! After being so mad with both of these people had the purchase refunded and ALVARA goesā¦what price do you want the hamburgers for? Thatās what we tried to do 10 minutes ago.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just want to give a warning to anyone ordering groceries to be delivered. Their app apparently has issues with debit cards, so I was told. I placed an order the day before Christmas eve. A hold of $195.00 was put on my card, which they always take a little more incase of substitutions. I received my groceries which it ended up being only $155.00 because they were out of a lot of items I requested. I wake up Christmas eve and checked my account. The $195.00 hold was still on my card AND an entire separate charge of $155.00 was processed! It's now 12/26 and it's still showing a hold. I contacted the customer service number and I was told "sorry. We have issues with debit cards on the app. It should process in 3 to 5 business days excluding the holiday time. So now I'm having to struggle and borrow money because I live paycheck to paycheck and just have to wait for my money to get released. I will NEVER use this again. Thanks alot for ruining my holiday š.
Update: it is 12/28 and my money has still not been put back...

They close at 8, so why if you ask about something at 6 does every single person in this deli act like they're pressed to make or restock something? I get everyone wants to go home, if something is out of stock that's okay. But likely not true. Tonight I saw Rylan packing up Nashville hot tenders to go on the shelves. Im pregnant and they're a literal craving so I thought I'd ask if I could have them. He told me very rudely they're out of stock, that's why they're not on the out, in a very condescending tone and then just walked away. I've only met one kid that seems to like working there but I haven't seen him in a while. Please get someone that likes working deli. And if they close at 8 train them to understand they may not get to break the kitchen down at 530 or 6. Since im here the dark haired girl with glasses also needs a lesson in kindness. Coming here used to be nice but those people clearly liked working there. They didn't mind cooking...
