Verizon — Local services in Homosassa Springs

First we went in as we wanted the new Samsung S20 and they only had one and since we were switching from T-Mobile WE went ahead and allowed Dave the salesman to talk us into the new Foldable phone but didn't like, then the LG double screen which we don't like. He promised he would take out my mini SD card out of my Samsung and put it in the new phone. Somehow it got lost. He actually blamed me that it wasn't even in the phone when I know it was. I told him I didn't have the tool or anything small enough to open the drawer. I think they all were too much on the game they were watching rather than paying attention to business. In addition, they said they had an excellent app to move my apps, photos and videos on both phones to the new phone. They did NOT! We lost precious photos and videos of our late mother we just lost. MY recommendation is that absolutely do NOT go to these guys for any of your cellular needs. Now I HATE this LG phone, still can't get the extra screen Verizon promised as the website doesn't seem to work to complete the order. How convenient.

AGAIN do yourself a favor and go to another store, a direct VERIZON store! Verizon has awesome service, just be careful from which store you purchase. GO TO A VERIZON CORP...

I went in to the store to have a salesperson look at my Samsung phone (still on warranty) that could not keep a charge, and ended up with a BOGO deal on an upgraded LG G8 ThinQ and a new monthly phone plan! We had a great experience with Michael Snow, who was professional, informative and patient. He spent hours working with us on the new plan, getting our other phones and stored information moved over and showing us new tricks on the LG G8 ThinQ. We've had to return to the store for other issues (one of our screen protectors cracked, and he replaced it immediately) and he's continued with excellent service. He even gave us his cell number and put it on our phones, and has helped us with a few questions that way as well. We're very pleased with Mike and his excellent service. With all the options out there and available stores to shop, we're thankful we walked into this one and met up with Mike....

I have the worst luck with phones. They hate me so much that they would rather just jump out of my hand and fall to their death. I went the shop to find a replacement. Walked in and, I swear, David was waiting for me. I didn't have to wait at all. He was awesome! I had a Google Pixel and wanted to replace it with the same. He asked me what I use my phone for most often, and he showed me some other phones that were available that I might like. The LG V60 with the additional screen turned out to be perfect for what I need for work. I came into the store dead set on what I wanted, and left with something that fits my needs better than what I could have imagined. He walked me to the door, told me to call him if I had any issues or questions. Hopefully, this phone likes me a little more than my previous ones, but when I need another one I'm going...
