First of all, her website says she’s open on Saturday’s from 10am - 1pm. My daughter called this business because this place was referred to her by Bounce House Hawaii. We needed shave ice syrup for the shave ice machine because Bounce House Hawaii didn’t provide that because of COVID. They mentioned that hers was good. When my daughter called, the lady who answered had an attitude. She asked my daughter what she wanted and when my daughter asked her about the syrup, she said she was closed and that she can go buy syrup at Don Quiote. I don’t like people like that and I don’t recommend her business. I’m all about customer service and I don’t care if she’s having a bad day. She shouldn’t have answered the phone.
