NOT even one star. This place is NOT deserved to get any. Thank you for ruined my day and whole my bedroom set up and everything. Sells person John Eisner.
The long story try makes it short. I went back there all the way from NS to pay the whole price then he realized he gave me wrong information and he did not even say single "SORRY". I put deposited 2 days ago, this beautiful wood console table. When we were talking he said regarding delivery. "oh yeah we can do anywhere you want we can deliver. (we already told him our house situation, it's 4th stories.) and I went to Honolulu to pay the whole price today.
now, his manager told him they can only deliver on the grand floor.
I was totally disappointed, I purchased the bed from homeworld everything much with this console table in my bedroom. I was so excited to have perfect my nest!!
so now, I am trying to figure out what I can do and delivery myself with someone's help.
very very stressful with his attitude. again NOT single SORRY from his mouth.
I complained him that he gave me the wrong information. then WHAT HIS ATTITUDE. He said "are you blaming me? what do you want me to do?!"
I said, awww i don't like to remember this feeling when I looked at this table. and he said OH YEAH, BAD VIBE IN WHOLE YOUR ROOM OR HOUSE. I was like excuse me? and he said "yeah I said, that furniture gave you bad vibe now" (i don't recall what else he said but he said another bad thing too. I was REALLY shocked) he clearly said he DOES NOT WANT me to purchase this table. and he said to me, let's cancel it. (I really wish I recorded what exactly he said to me at this time. If he is my employee I will immediately fire him for sure.)
HE IS NOT SUPPOSE TO WORK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE, a bloody dark person I ever met at customer service position. Especially who is selling over price, super expensive in the high-end store.
Don't get me wrong, I am not upsetting that they cannot deliver to my house. I am really SAD what he said at last about a bad vibe, that makes me even cried when I made complained about this person John Eisner to a manager.
I know this company is very very big, does not care about the customer as long as they are making money with other customers.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreDisappointed in the lack of communication by this store. I purchased a dresser on July 18th and had a receipt for pickup on September 1st. On September 1st I reached out to the sale associate who told me he was "off and will check on it tomorrow." I called the store and was told "the manager is in a meeting and will call you back." The manager never called me back. Instead, the associate text messaged me that the new date was September 29th due to shipping.
This is completely unacceptable. I do understand that shipping can be delayed. It's the lack of communication that is unacceptable. There is absolutely no way C.S. Wo found out on September 1st that the shipping was delayed. They either knew or should have known weeks ago and done their due diligence and notified me so that I could either cancel the order entirely or make other arrangements for my clothes knowing I would have to wait at least another month.
This lack of communication shows complete lack of care for the customer after they've paid. They already have the money, so who cares, right? Well, I won't be coming back to this furniture store anymore, so you could say the lack of care is now...
