We went to Ashleys/Red Knot/HomeWorld in Beretania St.

Pros: Newly Renovated. Friendly staff. They do not pry. They don’t helicopter mom when you’re shopping/leave you alone (when you’re ready to ask a question, then they are very helpful) Good delivery policy ($149 for flat delivery that can be scheduled in a span of days (not just one day)) Good return policy. They can return item delivered (no charge to pick up) after 5 days of delivery date. Promotion right now. Buy one get one 20% equal or lesser value. They will override sale item if a better sale comes in. Honor sales on their website and fights to look at both website and listing to get you the best deal Genuinely thoughtful of the pieces you get.. Multiple staff sought out alternative cheaper chair sets instead of the one modeled. Considered out floor plan, and the layout of our home.

Cons: Still currently renovating.

HUGE shoutout to staff Isaac and Carmen. Not only did they make our deposit cheaper (we shared that we were in escrow and hooked it up). But they considered our move-in date and offered to keep the items here until we were ready.

It was RedKnot’s flexible delivery of spanning multiple dates, as well as their no-penalty deposit, and their refund policy that won us over. Other furniture places like Discount Furniture had no refund policy...

Our first encounter at CS WO & SONS was very positive because Karen Kitazaki was such a great ambassador for excellence. She sincerely greeted us right away when we walked into the store. She was welcoming and friendly. Her invitation to check out all of the rooms on the property. We were unaware at that time that all the furniture outlets were part of CS Wo & Sons. She encouraged us to freely explore all of the inventory.

She checked with us at different times, asking about us & what we were looking for.

We did find things we were seriously interested in. We decided to go home & discuss what we saw, what would fit our lifestyle & needs.

The next day we went back to the store for a second look see at our choices. Once we made the decision to purchase our items, it was easy to have Karen finalize our purchases. She continued to serve us at the highest level.

We're expecting our furniture today & expect continued great service.

This is compliment to your sales associate, Daniel Ruiz. We came in Wednesday afternoon, June 17, 2021 and started browsing around. Daniel gave us time and space to look around. We were looking to furnish our entire small space unit. We were able to purchase several pieces of furniture. Some pieces we had to wait for inventory to arrive on a later date. We purchased a floor model accent chair since it was the last one. We had to pick the chair up because there was no delivery option for that item. The next day, we arranged with Daniel to prepare the accent chair for pick up. We requested to have the chair wrap for protection. Not only that Daniel fulfilled our request, he waited for us at the entrance of the store. He knew that we took a taxi to pick it up.
