Thankyou thankyou thankyou!!!! Candie did an amazing job with my hair! I wish I had come to her in the first place. My hair feels lighter and healthy, and I feel beautiful!

A little backstory... I dont get my hair done often, maybe once or twice within a year or 2. Before coming to Candie, I got my hair done by someone else, and the result was very upsetting. I even gave them the opportunity to fix it, and it came out worse. I've never been in a situation like that before. I had very long brunette hair, and the results were nowhere near what I was hoping for. It was to the point that I was very uncomfortable. I reached out to Candie, and I was able to be seen by her in a few weeks.

After an experience like that, it can cause a little hesitation in the trusting process moving forward. HOWEVER, I completely trusted Candie, and I'm so grateful that she completely redid my hair! No more wearing a clip and a hat to hide my hair. I feel so much better and back to feeling like myself. My head and my hair feel better too! We shared great conversation and laughs, and the process was very enjoyable and relaxing. The salon is a cute, comfortable, and stylish space. I have been having Candie do my hair since I moved to Oahu summer ‘24. I’ve always been very picky about who does my hair, so trying someone new is always a little scary. Candie is incredibly talented and experienced — she really understands hair type and color strategy. I’ve been happy every time she does my hair and I also see her for a monthly brow tint. Typically I get a balayage, but this time I got a reverse balayage (brought out more of my natural brown and she melted it into the blonde towards the ends of my hair) as I’m about to have twins and needed something low maintenance to get me through the newborn phase! Found Candie online and got a haircut in September 2024. She did an awesome job cutting and styling, she’s super sweet and made me feel so comfortable! She didn’t rush me out and she also gave me a bunch of advice on different conditioners I could use to keep my hair from drying out because I’m always in the ocean.

I was overdue for another haircut and was able to schedule online (which I really love) and she had appointments just a few days away which was awesome!
