You can really taste the care and attention they give, the li hing have such strong and complex flavor! Everyone who works here is also very nice and can explain things if you are new to eating crackseed / li hing etc.

I would have liked to give this company Five Stars for their quality products, but after how 'Mei Chang' just handled my my recent order, they have just lost my business forever. Here's exactly what happened to me, only moments ago. On their online order form, they clearly stated: "Free shipping over $100 purchases." But when I ordered over $100. in new items, she told me that, "free shipping for over $100. was our old promotion a long time ago," telling me that they had raised it to $150., then flatly refused to honor the offer that was still appearing on their online order form! Not only is this the height of unprofessionalism, but constitutes FALSE ADVERTISING, offering something for free, then refusing to observe their own policies. In fact, this sales practice is TOTALLY AGAINST THE LAW, without exception. I even sent her the actual screen shot of their online order form, but instead of offering me an apology for this obvious mistake and thanking me for alerting them to their error, she REFUSED to honor their written promise and lost a customer for life. This is deception on a level that I have never seen by any...

Terrible! My 2 sons and I went here to get ice cake. He was still deciding if he wanted strawberry or the cotton candy flavor. Meanwhile, I ordered a blue vanilla ice cream icee but she started to pour the strawberry flavor and I said “no, blue vanilla” then she said no strawberry “I said no I want blue vanilla & my son wants strawberry ice cake” the. Her and the other staff started talking in their native language. I know they talking smack! It not my fault that you jump the gun and started to fill the cup with strawberry flavor. I just don’t like the smack! That’s not good...
