Murray's Furniture — Local services in Hood River

I like the store, but they won't budge off of their local hometown pricing. I could have saved $160.00 if I had wanted to drive to Portland. I asked if they would come down on their price, as Portland had the same exact furniture for less money. They would not budge off of their prices. I'd like to think I'm a good customer, as I've spent over $5,000.00 on furniture there in the last year. Everyone always says to "buy local", and I choose to do so most of the time, but when prices are so high here, it makes me wonder why?
