Had high hopes, but wound up with a bummer experience.

Espresso pull was great! Music was a 200bpm arcade game playlist best used for obtaining a high-score on Mario Cart. I asked a staff member (that I’d previously tipped generously), though regrettably on-break (I led with an apology), for a playlist change and I was met with a grumpy “maybe.”

We had to leave to lower out heart-rates, and on the way out overheard said staff member complaining to another that they’d been interrupted on...

Best to describe exactly what you want (Ratios) not using terms like macchiato or cortado they have a different impression on what those items are, they're arrogant and say that they're interpretation is correct. Owner stated : 1:1 ratio is a macchiato Cortado 1:2 or 1:3 ratio barista chimed in "we are always right"

Coffee Connoisseur's Gem in Hood River

This quaint coffee house is tucked a few blocks south of the Historic Hood River Downtown and away from the hustle and bustle of tourists.
