Walgreens — Local services in Hood River

Someone from my family sent a Christmas package to her sisters place, which is, next door to us. The package had to be signed for and it was to be dropped off at Walgreens in Hood River because they were not going to be there for days. It’s a vacation hole! Fed ex dropped it off, at Walgreens and I went there to pick it up! I’m the father in law of the sender! The store personnel said they didn’t have anything in the names I gave them! The next day I checked the tracking # from Fed ex and it said it was at that Walgreens. I went there showed them the tracking information and they still said I could not have the package because I gave them the wrong first name of the sender! After I went through three more names they agreed I had the right first name. The last name was correct but not the first name!!!! It turned out it was in my daughter in laws name instead of my step sons name but the last name is the same!!! Absolutely ridiculous and it will be the last time I use Walgreens here in Hood River! I can’t use their names but as an example: I said it was Tom Jefferson and they said no sorry but when o finally said Mary Jones Bingo that was it! The photo center here is struggling. I almost always have issues getting items here. Today really frustrated me. There was a older woman was brown hair at the photo center today around 12:07pm. I gave her my name and because she couldn't find it immediately she gave up and had a attitude with me and said they dont have my order? She was just rude. She has 0 customer service skills and patience. It took me a sec to find the order number as I couldn't remember which email I used to place it so i stepped back to work on that. Thankfully when I turned around to get my 1 photo, this woman was now being frantic at the main cash registers. Literally looks like she stresses not just the customers out but her coworkers. The younger woman with brown hair was great! And guess what, she found my order under the name I originally gave! Everyone else seem fine! We came in on 6/6/21. We waited in the in-store pharmacy line for over 40 minutes while pharmacists laughed, chatted with each other, and solely helped the drive-thru line. Finally, we asked a woman behind the glass (wearing green scrubs-I got her name and reported her to corporate) if they’d help the customers in the store. She was incredibly dismissive and condescending in her response. We then tried talking to two other employees who were equally condescending (also got their names). We left the store near tears.
