I am the original owner of my 1998 Suburban 2500 and have really tried to maintain it! One thing that has bugged me for years was the terrible headlights! I really could hardly see at night and I had to drive so carefully I could barely drive the speed limit on most streets that didn’t have bright street lights! I could barely see the white lines along the shoulder! Really terrible! I had taken it to dealers and repair shops and they all told me the headlights were “fine” and that was all I could expect! I got referred to Car Stereo Specialists by another business in town and Ricardo sized up my situation in about 5 minutes and recommended switching to LED light bulbs, gave me a quote and we scheduled a time! Unfortunately, I was returning from Portland and gave myself 2 hours to make it to Hood River but there was a massive backup due to an accident on I84 just west of Cascade Locks and I was nearly two hours late for my appointment. Well, Ricardo still took care of me and got it all installed while I went shopping nearby. He called and I picked it up about 6pm! The cost was less than the quote he had given me which was a real nice surprise! Last night I got a chance to drive it at night and “wow” what a difference! I feel so much safer driving and the appearance of the lights makes the Suburban look years younger than it really is! I am going to have Ricardo do the back lights as soon as I can arrange it! DO NOT GET YOUR WINDOWS TINTED HERE !!!! Don't get me wrong, the guy s that work here are VERY nice, but the job done on my windows was not. There was bubbles on over half the windows and some windows the tint was not even lined up right; the "old/untinted window" was exposed because the tint was not on correctly. I went back SEVEN times to get it fixed. Yes, SEVEN. I got excuses like "thats not a bubble", "that will go away" and the best one, "its the type of windows you have". I have a Mazda 3....???Finally after getting extremely frustrated and loosing my cool a bit I took it back and finally got some attention to get most of it fixed. There are still some issues with the back window but at this point I was beyond tired of wasting my time, money and gas going back over and over again. Like I said the guys who work here are friendly but I wish I never would have went here and spent the 10 extra $ and got it done right. Was not worth the headache and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND...

Bought some speakers and a stereo I choose to install myself but ran out of time so called to get see if they could do they speakers and take a look at the stereo I installed. They quoted on the phone $60 to install speakers and take a look at a stereo. Took time off work to drop the car off and they said it would cost over $300. Decided to install the speakers myself too. Would be a 1 star review, but they do match competitor pricing. Just make sure you check every item you get. Stereo sticker price was $250 Amazon price was $150, speakers were $80 Amazon price was $35. total price of purchase before checking Amazon was over $500 (including wiring harness, mounting bracket, radio wire, etc) ended up paying $250.
