Was at the Galleria last week looking for clothes to layer with for an upcoming trip. The associate Christiania "Nia" was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me. She looked in the back for winter clothing not yet on the racks that she thought I would like (which I did)! Her picks were perfect for my trip. She also found clothes throughout the store for me. When I asked for her opinion, she was honest and helpful. I found a pair of tan jeans 1 size too big and she recommended washing them on high heat; she said I could bring the pair back for a refund with no tags if they didn't shrink. I was there for 1.5 hours, and she never ceased to help me. I just want to thank her and tell you what a great staff member you have....

My three daughters walked in to look for clothes for church and they were racially profiled and their small shopping bags searched when there were other customers in the store with bags as well. My husband and I were right outside the store, my daughters even walked out to get their dad’s credit card to be able to purchase something. They were watched the entirety of walking through the store. When my daughters told my husband and I what happened, I went to speak with the manager and was told she saw jewelry go into my daughter small shopping bag. I know this was a lie, my daughters weren’t even by the jewelry nor do they wear jewelry. We will never shop at this...

I was putting on the shoes making sure they fit when the lady who claimed to be the manager suggested I go to payless. I said by the time I walked over there they would be closed and she said “well we are closed too.” It was 8:50 and they close at 9. I bought my stuff and left and was out the door by 8:55. I’ve worked in restaurants that close at 10 and had people walk in at 9:55 and order food and keep us there until 11 or later and we only get paid 2 an hour. This “manager” should really work on her customer relations if she wants...
