El Mas Sabroso — Restaurant in Hoover

We love eating and trying new taco trucks. As of today, these are, by far, the BEST tacos we’ve had in the Hoover, AL area. We tried the lengua, alpastor, cueritos, asada, and cabeza tacos. We also tried their Friday special “gorditas” de chicharrón prensado. WOW is all i have to say. Fresh and delicious!!! All the meats were so flavorful. The salsa roja and verde were just right. The tacos were excellent. I had the carne asada and chorizo tacos. My husband had the campechano burrito and he said it was one of the best he’d ever had. The salsas were flavorful with just the right amount of heat. I’d like to go back and try the tortas. I kept seeing and hearing about this truck so I had to go & I was not disappointed! They were super friendly and suggested the best thing for me to try the combo with a taco, sope and a gordita!!! The meat was flavorful and came in generous portions and the sauces were on point! Overall it was awesome and so good!!!! This is my new place! Can’t wait...
