I got a new phone here to use as an add on to someone else's 5 line plan. They charged me a 35. fee, and the phone was 'free'. But the phone did not work right. It will not connect to wifi with my home router. My old phone, my gf's phone, and my desktop tower all connect to it just fine. But since this phone will not, they told me to get a new router. Nonsense. I then discovered that I cannot sign in to Fb either. They said I could trade it for a new phone. Meanwhile the employee wiped off the screen- and I mean rubbing it hard for a couple minutes- with his shirt, creating a scratch. And since it had a scratch I can't exchange or return it. How convenient. I went to a different Cricket store the next day and at least they were nice and helpful. I will never go to this location again for anything and would not recommend anyone else...

They are too involved in their own lives on their phones to help customers when they do help customers is always in ill manner.
