I messaged Adrian at 12:30pm and he said 5pm would be a good time for him and I confirmed. 5 rolls around with no contact so I message to see if he was still coming, he read my message but didn’t respond. I message again 15 minutes later and the same thing happens. He finally messages back an hour later saying he is still on an appointment. I don’t know why he couldn’t have told me he was still on a job when it was nearing 5, or even respond to my messages that he had the time to read. Needless to say I did NOT get my TV mounted by him!

On Friday 10/16 our scheduled appointment got canceled last minute because “a slight emergency came up with my partner”. Adrian didn’t bother to call me to let me know this, rather he sent me a message on Facebook and then didn’t even reach out to respond back to me or return my call. After this happened I noticed other reviews with similar situations being that their appointment was canceled. If I could give a negative zero rating, I WOULD! This guy responded to messages, quoted a price, set up an appointment date and time, AND GHOSTED ME! He did the exact same to a friend of mine, except he lied to her about an emergency. We found out that he uses the same emergency whenever he's called out on being a NO SHOW!
