Burger King — Restaurant in North Carolina

The service is HORRIBLE....BRAND NEW PLACE, OFFCOURSE... CLEAN IN THE AREAS YOU CAN SEE. EMPLOYEES HANDLING FOOD WITH N OOO GLOVE! THE FOOD TERRIBLE! MY HUSBAND AND I GOT SICK ON BURGUERS THAT WAS NOT COOK! THEY WERE JUST WARM BARELY... FRIES WERE LITTLE STUMPS, HARD AND STEAL, THE LARGE FRIES ORDERS WASN'T EVEN FILL PROPERLY. The fries box was maybe half way FILL with cold, HARD FRIES! Like leftovers from the bottom of the pan were they rest while they FILL orders! Our burgers were totally NOT COOK! JUST WARM UP!. WE GOT TERRIBLE SOCK THAT NITE AND PART OF THE NEXT MORNING!... I WENT TO TALK TO A MANAGER. I ASK DIRECTLY TO TALK TO A MANAGER... WHAT I GOT FIRST WAS A SUPERVISOR, I THINK!... ( VERY PLEASANT YOUNG LADY THO). then I guess she didn't know what 2 do!.. so she call what it suppose to be "the manager..." so I explain what happens!... the second young lady, did not! Seems surprised of what I told her!!!.... matter of fact, she shake her head, apologise and said that this is not the first time that this situation happens since they open!( the non cook burgers patties!). She apologise and she say gladly will refund it. Just got to go to the back. Minutes later... I see this black woman coming towards me walking with this angry face and seriously attitude and very loudly told me that I should have come back the nite before with all the food! If what I want was a refund!... that BK don't give refund unless they got food! Back... so what! Does my husband or me were in emergency!??? If not all she would do was maybe refund the partially burger I brought to them!! If I want!! THIS WOMAN DID NOT GIVE A DAMM ABOUT THE POINT OF THE SITUATION OF THE RAW FOOD THEY SERVE US!... SHE JUST CONCENTRATED TO BE A TOUGH, RUDE, LOUD..DECIDE NOT TO REFUND A PENNY FOR UNCOOK FOOD!!.and the more aggravating part of everything... is the LOUD unprofessional way she came to me! And the insinuation to me that It maybe a lie, while she look at me from the top of head to the bottom of my shoes!! In a very disrespecting way!! Today I felt like a little snack; stopped at Burger King 2850 Gillespie St. Fay NC 28306. The first thing you notice is glass doors/ windows that look as if grease, mucus and whatever else was smeared on it. After standing in line 5/6 minutes with one person ahead of me, I observed the atmosphere where a allegedly drug addict lay asleep on couch, the staff was not professional with the expectation of the one young man that rang me up. There was an employee with a full black head mask and dingy rain boots that took a bucket of water to bathroom and assume cleaned but came straight to sandwich station without washing hands nor changing gloves. So I kindly asked the BIG heavyweight woman if she was manager; she said yes. I stated how filfthy the doors and windows looked!! She gave me a stupid look of so.. walked to office, came back and the drive thru employee came and they laughed at me, took pictures of me and I felt humilated, afraid to eat sandwich and the frozen coke was not frozen, not full in a child size cup! DON'T !!! Keep on...

If rating them was based on how fast you received your food it would be 0. I recently went there and went through the drive thru. Their were three cars in line the last one was ordering. So I would naturally assu,me they wouldn't be long. I stayed in line for 34 MINUTES!! Yessss! It took that long to get my food. I was totally flabbergasted! Then when I got home I realized I wAs missing 2 $3 pies. I also have bought several of their new mocha frappa drinks. Everytime it taste totally different. One time it even tasted like black coffee. It was really bad. The staff has one or two that are worth anything. Most of the staff have no emotion what so ever. When your ordering they stare at you like your stupid and offer no help what so ever. I don't recommend this burger King unless you really are unable to go somewhere else. What I mean by that is if your walking and are hungry just stop and eat. If you have a vehicle keep driving. You would come out better eating from the circle k...
