We ordered food from here numerous times before with no issues but this last time, omg! First, we always state allergies of food or something to the restaurants. Someone has a severe allergy to seafood, mushrooms, and styrofoam. Any time we order, we state that. Due to small child, we asked that the lo mein be cooked a bit longer and that no mushrooms be served in food. Along with food being placed in plastic containers instead of styrofoam due to the allergies. Not only was the lo mein undercooked but it was EXTREMELY greasy with no taste other then grease. Because it was placed in styrofoam, my child couldn't eat it at all but no one could due to the amount of grease. Then the Mongolian beef, was also greasy (leaked out the bag, plastic bag too) with nothing but grease and a hint of spices. I phoned the restaurant was placed on hold for a while. Contacted the delivery service and was only refunded part of it. Our daughter had a mild reaction to the styrofoam only because it was touched by the other container so we ended up throwing EVERYTHING away. Grease doesn't make food good. Not that amount anyway and if you're going to ignore explicit information of the customer with a potential lawsuit on your hands because NO ONE was safe eating that food and I will be disputing it with our bank. Food was the grossest Chinese food we've ever had! Look up benefits of not having food placed in styrofoam BUT more so, the allergic reaction she could've had, smh. Completely unacceptable way to serve food with no consideration whatsoever to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrid business practices. Food would be good if you got the full order you paid for, but of course they would rather lose a loyal customer rather than admit they got the order wrong. It's not even the first time, but usually i just deal with it because I forget things too, it happens. But here it happens a lot and i live too far away to keep coming back when they screw up. Then they blame the customer as if they are trying to steal the chicken fried rice and just want go back to get more without paying. I'm sorry but your chicken fried rice is not worth driving a half hour to get twice.. if I was going to act like something was missing from the order, it would have been something better and more expensive than your chicken fried rice. They were extremely rude and very stubborn, didn't apologize for screwing up. After they gave me an attitude and acted loke i was lying, i asked for the $10 tip to be returned to me and they refused. When my husband called, the man threatened to harm him after my husband voiced his opinion on their so called "service". You lost a long time customer that actually tipped well and was kind, I hope the chicken fried rice and your pride was worth it. Good luck keeping customers with that attitude, because I sure won't be returning when I know I'll only continue to recieve service like that. Someone else will be more than happy to recieve my business because it's clear that this business doesn't value their customers or care to keep...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreManagement is never available. My family and I spent $46 on lunch. The food was horrible. Rice was mushy and tasteless, no way was there any fried rice in our dishes. They all tasted like day-old white rice covered in soy sauce. The crab Rangoon was cream cheese with maybe green onion, I honestly don't know. I do know there was no crab in or around it and it was tough and rubbery. Hard to chew and the top of the so-called crab Rangoon was inedible. The family was just dumping the food in the garbage. It happened so fast, I didn't even think about taking the food back, because we are not the type of people to order food and take it back. It is appalling to drag uneaten food back to a restaurant. This is the second time I spoke to management about their food. It will not be a third time. I think that the health department should give them a visit on food preparation. This food was not freshly prepared. And...
