El Cazador - Airport Plaza — Restaurant in North Carolina

I am completely disgusted with how I was treated tonight at this location. The manager whose name might be "Adelina" answered the phone in a nasty tone and I place my order at 9:10 pm with proof from my phone. She did not ask me for my name, she then told me it would be ready in 15 minutes I said ok. I came inside the restaurant to pick my order up. The bad built manager then says loudly "WE ARE CLOSED". I then answered and said "I am here for a pick up?" Her attitude was disgusting, she then says we don't have your order and I know she definitely took my order because I remembered her voice from the phone. Her tone was so rude and I work in the medical field so I was not only tired but I wanted to go home. This was the last thing I wanted to deal with after seeing clients. There was NOTHING she was trying to accommodate and then kept repeating herself by saying "the kitchen is closed". Knowing she was wrong and then tried to accuse me of lying by saying I never placed the order until I brought my phone in and showed the proof. Once again she had nothing to say but to keep answering in a nasty tone. I asked her for the manager and she then said "she was the manager " which is gross knowing they hired someone like that to deal with customers. She not only looked miserable but her attitude really brought it all together. She was not giving me the email to contact anyone over her and then said "look online" being funny. I then contacted a friend who owns a couple restaurants in Fayetteville, N.C. and she told me that her being the manager and having this issue, she can't withhold that information. I then walked back in to ask again and she's talking on her cellphone to someone. While this is all going on another customer walks in and says he also placed an order, she answers and says " you waited too long?!?" What a joke. This whole event was honestly embarrassing on the restaurants part knowing that I was not the only one. When she finally hangs up I let her know that she can't withhold that and she then says "I just spoke to the general manager, he said come tomorrow!" Excuse me? I then caught her in another lie and said "well how does he know who I am if you didn't get any of my information ?" Uh oh... she then lost her mind and started being super ill mannered. I walked out, she locked the door behind me. So I called the police and informed her I would be doing that before she locked the door because of the way she was acting. The police then helped me and notified me that they would escort me in the morning if I needed it but could not help since she locked the door and it's technically after hours. They even were shocked the general manager didn't call me immediately knowing the manager was escalating the situation in a violent way. Wow right? What a disappointment from this business. I will not only be stopping here but I will keep on going up the chain, because she needs to be TERMINATED. That is the Manager of this...

Update 10/30/20: We placed a pickup order for one of our favorite things on Chow now. The Papas con chorizo. The young lady at the front was very nice. However, it was a disappointment once, we received our order. The food is not even covering the bottom of the pan and no cheese. It's $6.50 per order and this is what is now received. I asked the nice lady working the front and she said this is how it is served now. I have a large family and this is all we ordered today and couldn't eat it and that's $42.00 in the trash. it doesn't taste good; it has a bitter taste to it. I dropped my rating for this food experience alone. We won't be ordering these again. It sad too because, I love this restaurant. I have added the pictures of the original order and the new version. First review: This was our first time eating here. We ordered the Birria Tacos and Barbacoa Tacos. We received our pickup order in about 15 minutes. The tacos are absolutely delicious. Ordered a to go from here a few days ago got 3 sub par tacos (2 beef 1 goat) The meat was cubbed and SUPER DRY, HARD, AND CRUNCHY. Way way way overcooked shredded slow cooked meat would be way better. The cubes were so small they kept falling out when I'd take a bite. Cilantro seemed old and not plentiful enough and same with the onion because although I saw it on there I could barely taste either . They gave me a quarter of a lime wedge for all three tacos it was fun rationing that out. The goat meat taco had nice flavor but it was cubed too unfortunately but had a little more moisture and wasn't as overdone as the beef ones . The rice and beans were nice. My husbands burrito had the super hard overdone meat in it as well.
