Even when you bring back proof of purchase within days, they still wont accept exchange for damaged product. I purchased numerous cartridges I have had 3 break from here. For instance, I purchased a vape on a Friday and Saturday it broke. It was not user error, I am sure of that. I tried to be proactive by calling the business and explaining what my issue was. Unfortunately, there wasnt a manager there that day and the employee told me to come in Monday and they would be able to exchange it. That Monday when I returned, explained what happened, and the phone conversation, they still refused to do an exchange, refund, nada. I hadnt even used it 10 minutes before it broke, however I was told I could buy another one and they would give me a 15% discount. I have never had a cartridge break from anywhere else and upon asking why they couldnt do more I was told "its the brands fault". I walked away without making another purchase because the same product I bought originally has the price increased. So, even with the 15%, I would have still paid my original price. I asked if they would reduce it to the original price and then do 15% off, they said no. I've read some of the responses from the owner and I want to make it clear that this has nothing to do with tearing down the company, being in another business, or anything like that. Iâm a 20 something year old who is working hard for their money and I have consistently had issues with their products with little to no resolution. I would appreciate a more clearly posted policy on exchanges/returns in regards to malfunctioning product. There is nothing visibly posted on the website, nor is is adequately displayed in the store. Yes, this put a bad taste in my mouth and no, I will not be returning. However, I really hope this company does well and improves on their policies and communication...

Get inside, and Patrick Lied straight to my face and said they had none in stock. This had happened before at this location, so i decided to call and see if they would say they had the product over the phone. To My shock, it was Patrick on the phone saying they did have the product. Called back twice just to make sure, then called back and got his name and sent a complaint. Im extra hurt because i ALWAYS tip my budtenders at uxbridge and Hopedale location just to be treated like this... :(.Finally heard back from customer service, I am given Generic statements, and its clear they dont want to really make it right, and didnt offer anything, just told me to come in tomorrow at a certain time, as if i didnt just tell them i moved from the Area and am busy which is part of why i was so upset. If im mistaken, its Repeated Incompetence at best. It feels like the guy saw a woman walk in and felt like he could just take advantage and sell her a worse product. UPDATE: They Are now claiming my review is "Fake" and that i am a "bully" because i wanted accountability. You should see the email discussions. At 1pm yesterday, one budtender was on and was the rudest person I've interacted with in months. I wish i caught her name. I was only 1 of two customers there and simply asked for 2 prerolls, indica, dealers choice from whichever organic brand. I was then basically berated and told "it's plant matter!! It's all organic it's weed" when i mentioned i had bought product from here before that was organic she raised her voice telling me there's no way to know and she's not guaranteeing anything is organic, then entirely dismissed me, so I left. Shocked and disgusted and disapointed considering their motto is "be kind" I went to the dispensary next door and got an 8th and 2 prerolls of organic flower no problem. I used to drive an extra 10 minutes past 2 other dispensaries to get to Caroline's. At their original location in uxbridge a few years ago I was told they carry many organic products from 4 different brands on their roster and was always steared toward a great product by any budtender I interacted with. try to buy organic because I have asthma and tend to cough and wheeze way more with products that contain certain pesticides.
