Went into the store to start service paid everything I had to pay... Woke up the next morning and my phone was suspended.. I had to pay another $50 dollars to get my phone from being suspended.. Went back into the store to get the extra $50 I had to pay out. Manager would not give it to me.. On top of the Rep decided that she wanted to make a personal phone call before she decided to call customer care to fix my problem.. When she should of fixed it right then and there.. I now have to wait two weeks to be refunded back my money that I shouldnt have had to put out.. She needs to be trained better because this is going to cause major problems for the store... He answered every question and recommended the best product we searched for. He went beyond the call of service, aided me with transferring data, and ensured the new product was protected. When you call the customer service from your Metro phone without service you CANNOT speak to an agent. So the automated recording says to either pay bill or get extension to speak to agent. So I got extension cuz they cut phone off on wrong due date.
