Boost Mobile — Local services in Hopewell

To say this isn't a Boost store, shouldn't be considered a negative comment, it would simply be agreeing with the owners exact words in answer to questions about Boost products, services, promotions, pricing, responsibility or any ability in absence of desire to assist Boost customers, which in fairness to the owners statement are not the same as people who purchase Boost products and services from whatever this retail space, which is entirely plastered with exclusively Boost mobile signage and uniform color scheme corporate identifiers, should rightly be called. Worst store ever! I bought an iphone there afew days ago and have horrible static when i am on a call. Called Boost customer service and they told me its the phone and i need to go back to the store within 7 days for a replacement. I go there and they wont replace it. Bought phone on friday and went there on tuesday. Girl that worked there was so rude and couldnt care less about my phone not working. This could be higher rating is due to my experience today. A person who just moved to an apartment under Affordable housing,diagnosed with Osteoarthritis,gets monthly income&no car shouldn't catch a Lyft to plus from here due to really needing a charger but willing to upgrade their current phone just to not be able to purchase anything! I didn't have my bank card with me. Man said they can't type my card information in. My mom got the card because she been helping with moving by purchasing things needed. I wasted time,energy&money.
