Traditionz Express — Restaurant in Hopewell

The owner/manager and the kid he has working for him in the kitchen were both extremely rude. When I walked in, the owner/manager wouldn't even look at me when he talked to me. Instead, he kept eating his food and looking at the television. The kid working in the kitchen was no better. As I waited for my order, he told me the bathroom wasn't for public use after the owner/manager told me I could use the bathroom. He bagged up my food and shoved it over to me without saying anything once it was ready.

Update: After reading this review, the actual owner (Sam) reached out to my personally via Facebook. He asked me what happened, apologized, and offered me a free meal. I declined the free meal due to the fact that I have the utmost respect for him for caring enough to reach out. I changed my review from one to three stars. The business world needs more business...

So this is my first experience and I’m not impressed. I don’t even normally write reviews but I feel the truth needs to be told for others like myself. I read reviews before I order from a place I never eaten. So the Mac and cheese was cold the shrimp taste fishy not fresh at all or any type of flavors of seasoning the whiting had no taste whatsoever and the cabbage was cooked to perfection for the tenderness but sadly only OBay was thrown on top of it for seasoning I guess I will not be back not worth my $40 and I’m a cook myself I could of just brought the items and cooked it to have what I wanted, really disappointed as I had hopes and expectations...

Normally the food is really good but today was the worst. 1st.The young lady at the register tried to charge me the incorrect price for my meal. I pointed to the menu to show her that she was wrong. She caught an attitude & said the prices on the menu was wrong 🤔😒. She finally put in the right price. 2nd I get to the car & look in my tray, they gave me the meat but no sides that come with the meal. So I had to go back in to get that correct. 😒 I get home to think I'm about to enjoy my food & the fish was raw in the inside. The wings had a burnt taste. Potatoe salad & baked beans were horrible. Maybe it's new staff but today...
