I don’t usually write bad reviews but this is the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. Me and my friend went together and we had 2 different people she got rinestones on her nails and had more than the design I wanted I literally just wanted one color with a cross on my left ring finger that’s it. I was asked if I had a boyfriend by the guy and he kept invading my privacy when I went to check my phone. All he did was talk which is cool but I’m here for my nails. The guy my friend had took about 20 minutes and had her eyebrows done before I was even finished it took me almost an hour and I didn’t even get what I wanted. He left the part of the acrylic pink and I didn’t want that so he was changing the cross to white instead of the pink that was left over on both hands when I specifically asked for one hand. I just had to end up putting stickers over the white to make it look better. Then he continued to get mad when telling him what I wanted. Even my friend was like that isn’t what you wanted. I will never be returning there. I know all of them aren’t bad but I’m not going to be paying 100 or more to get something I didn’t even want. I hope everyone else’s experience goes...

I am very irritated with my service. From the beginning of the service before he even removed my previous polish, I was specific about what I wanted from my fill in terms of shape. I asked him to remove and replace the tips on my two index fingers because I don’t like how they curve when they grow out too much. He looked at them and decided he didn’t feel like taking the extra time trying to get them off so he said either “I’ll see” or “I’ll fix”, I’m not sure which. But he did neither of those things. Then, I told him I didn’t want thick or bulky nails, and I had to continuously ask him multiple times through the process to make them thinner and smooth out the top a bit more so they weren’t so bulky looking. Each time he would quickly do it to his liking, not to mine, until finally he just refused to take off any more. He promised to make my nails “so smooth”, but they’re not. They’re thick, short (oh right- he also over filed the length) and bulky. Exactly how I DID NOT want my nails to turn out. Don’t come here because if you want anything other than what they feel like giving out, they’re not going to do it for you and they will still...

The tech seemed confident so I let him do them during the service. He kept messing them up, and I kept correcting him. Everytime I corrected him he was dismissive and rude. He wouldn’t fix what I told him was wrong. When he started shaping them, they weren’t correct, but I was willing to settle on that. But the gel application was uneven and splotchy, and the French tip is bubbling with air holes in them. they are thick and ugly. they look nothing like the picture I showed him and said that the picture I showed him was a photoshopped picture and it wouldn’t be exactly like the photo . I wasn’t expecting them to look EXACTLY like the photo, but regardless, the paint is still bad and looks nothing like how I want them. He was not willing to fix them or refund anything.
