He not only guided me through their impressive selection but also shared the rich history of the store and the exceptional quality of their furniture – all solid wood, a true testament to their commitment to durability and craftsmanship. My house was still under construction, set to be finished in February, and McHugh's went above and beyond to accommodate this. Chuck meticulously reviewed my blueprints, ensuring every piece of furniture would fit perfectly. When it came time for delivery, their team was incredibly careful and set everything up flawlessly. They truly shined when faced with an unexpected delay in my bed frame shipping. Without hesitation, they provided loaner bed frames, ensuring I had a comfortable place to sleep. Furthermore, when one piece didn't quite blend with the decor as expected, they graciously took it back and helped me find the perfect replacement. The owners, Greg and his wife Judy, are wonderful to work with, and their dedication to customer satisfaction is evident throughout the entire operation. Chuck, my sales guy, continued to impress with his follow-up calls and even made a personal visit to my new home to ensure everything looked perfect, going so far as to help me position a couch and a rug! We went to McHugh's for our blinds. A lot of blinds and very little clue of what would be good or bad choices to make. With the help of what felt like their entire team from owner to designer, installation experts and temp help we were left amazed by their service. We received an honest opinion, not an upsell, but clear advice on what works and what does not and why, while being adjusted to our preferences of what we had in mind. Once the options were selected, we were presented with different price options which were very flexible to meet our budget and needs with adjustments from both sides. Once the order was finalized the order went in and got done amazingly fast as well. Not weeks but closer to days which was a welcome surprise. Once it came to installation, they were again very flexible, this time with timing, brought additional crew and even helped us out with some leftover packaging material not part of the job. It's the little things. They brought additional help to get set up and their main installation guy was a wizard pacing from one window to the next. Not hush hush, but top quality and still fast. Amazing! Minor discrepancies with colors of the rods and such were noted by the team before we even could, and they had the order for the fixes in in no time. Turnaround again was super quick and taken care of with speed. The overall experience was just great and the people that work there experienced and super nice. A small little family that helped make our home a little brighter and better!

I moved to the area not too long ago, was unfamiliar with furniture showrooms in the area and learned of this long-standing family-owned business through their Instagram page. I went into the showroom approximately an hour or less before closing to browse sofas and was greeted by Darci who was professional, energetic and friendly. I wasn't exactly sure what I did want going in beyond color group, but had some clear ideas about what would not work in the space or for my family's needs. Darci was patient while I rifled through pics on my cloud looking for an image to provide her with an idea of the feel of the space and existing furniture I was trying to coordinate with. She heard my concerns about potential challenges with various fabrics/materials, cleanability, button and surface stitch detailing (think adorable yet rambunctious kitten).
