Whataburger — Restaurant in El Paso

This establishment royally screwed me over tonight. Had the longest night of my life and all I wanted was a #2 to eat at home tonight. It was already 11pm at night. I called my family up and asked if they wanted anything. Ordered 3 burgers and 1 order of chicken strips. I ordered fries with mine, of course, along with another meal. I always get the large fries. Always. And I really trust Whataburger so I never check in the bag for anything that's missing. The gentleman who brought the food to my car even named every item off the list before handing the bag of food to me. So then I drive another 20 minutes home only to discover that the fries were not in the bag. After calling them, they offered to reimburse us with our entire order again sometime for free. So ill take them the receipt and give them the name of the lady I spoke on the phone with the next time I'm feeling up for Whataburger. If I don't get the free meal, I'll definitely move this review down to one star and I'll be calling their corporate office. I was very dissapointed in this specific Whataburger. I've never been let down by Whataburger before this. Hopefully the staff at this specific Whataburger gets it together because this is the closest one to my house. When we were walking in to order we noticed that the curbside guests were trying to get the worker's attention, but she continued to walk away. When we got inside to order we told Anija that the curbside customers were trying to call her and she said, "they can wait, I'll go back out later." So then she asked if we were ready to order and we started to tell her what we wanted, but then she said "one second" and helped one of the employees order their meal first. Once we finally ordered we went over to get drinks and noticed that the ice had bugs in it. We tried to tell one of the employees about the issue but he just walked away. Then once we finally got our food the side of the bag had BBQ sauce all over it. And the bag was just thrown down on to the table with no question. And we had to call into the kitchen to ask for ketchup after waiting for 5 minutes to see if anyone would offer. Over all wouldn't recommend this location. They are not friendly and will not go out of their way to help you with simple requests. This location is also very slow. Usually takes 20-30 mins to...

If I could give zero stars I would, I made a mobile pick up order at 10:30 to pick up between 10:40 pm and 10:45 pm which is before 11:00 pm, I get here and park to pick up my order and absolutely nobody comes out to assist me or the other car that was near way before me but then a worker comes out to take down the curbside pick up signs and doesn’t even ask us if we need anything or what our order was so me and the car next to me have to walk up to the door just to ask for our food even though a red truck that pulled up after us got there food to them before me and the other car got our food! I will not be using mobile curbside no more because apparently it does t get the same attention as drive thru and inside dining, I am really upset by this...
