Hana Banana — Restaurant in El Paso

On Aug. 3rd I went in and there was s a few employees who just ran to the back instead of greeting me or saying they’ll be right with me. It seemed like they were avoiding me. 2 males stayed out there but never even came to take my order I was standing there for almost 10mins being ignored. Then someone was at the drive through and they took their order still without acknowledging me until they were done making that order. Then they messed up my order after all that waiting and they were rude about it like it’s my fault. I’ve gone in a few times after this just to see if it changes and nope. Rude every time they don’t acknowledge customers and even their tones sound harsh. Today I went in and the young lady just stood there, didn’t ask if we needed help, which is fine but when she did speak to me she had an attitude. When she handed me the crepe I said thank you and she rolled her eyes and walked away without saying anything. I’ve been holding off on writing reviews because I do enjoy the treats there but I can’t even enjoy them because of how rude the employees are. This Hana Banana establishment was fan-flippin-tastic!! It was my first time coming through and due to time constraints I had to go through the drive-thru. Seeing previous reviews got me a little worried with customer service and the fact that there's so many options on their menu, I was almost sure I was bound to get a snotty hurry-up-and-order attitude. Not the case here! The nice girl was VERY friendly, calm and spoke with professionalism. (Kinda bummed I didn't get her name as I would've liked to have mentioned her on this.) My crepe was RIDICULOUSLY delicious!! The fruit toppings tasted fresh, the crepe was just the right amount of warmness and softness. From my own opinion, this is definitely one of those 'you get what you pay for' places. Some people may see these prices and think they're steep, but c'mon people, the serving size is great and the food is of great quality. You don't like the prices?? THIS IS THE 3RD TIME WE GO TO THIS LOCATION ON MONTANA I LOVE THEIR SHAKES AND BOBA TEA'S HOWEVER THE GIRLS THAT WORK THERE ARE RUDE AND CONDESCENDING . THE YOUNG LADY THAT SERVICED US TODAY WORE GLASSES AND HAD WAVY HAIR ABOVE THE SHOULDERS . I ORDERED 2 LARGE STRAWBERRY BANANA SHAKES 1 SMALL BANANA STRAWBERRY SHAKE A MANGO BOBA TEA AND A SMALL YOGURT WITH 2 TOPPINGS. WHEN WE ASKED HOW MUCH THE YOGURT WAS SHE SAID $4 AND SHE SAID THE CHANGE AS WELL I THEN SAID I THOUGHT THEY WERE $2.99 SHE SAID VERY SARCASTIC AND CONDESCENDING "EACH TOPPINGS IS 89 CENTS" FOLLOWED BY I'M SORRY AND SMILED AS IF TO SAY SORRY UR DUMB AND DIDN'T READ THE DRIVE THRU MENU.
