While we love coming by to play today was one expierence to remember with the bartender JOSIE. We enter at 1pm she approaches and ask what we would like my wife says we would like to play pool and ask for a coke and dos X beer, my wife also ask for change for a $10 so we can play the dart machine. Josie says she can't break $10 and then my wife notices another beer is cheaper and on tap which she prefers and ask to change her beer. Josie says she can't change the order cause her manager is absent and she already inputted the order, this was strange because she didnt immediately give us the order she went all the way down the line to cash people out and serve drinks to the other men at the bar but she was quick to "put the order in" around 1:15pm, we still have not gotten our drinks and my wife says she needs to leave to use the restroom, the bartender approaches me and i say i only want the coke and to cash me out, i hand her a $10 she leaves to a gentlemen in a blue shirt who was in a office which seemed like the manager who was supposed absent and she gives me change but did not charge me for the coke immediately. After wasting 20 mins my wife and I decided we wouldnt play pool due to the lack of service and expierence from the bartender not only that but the pool table is charged hourly being a waste. When my wife got back and again asked if it really isnt possible to change the beer, Josie says she would "HAVE" to charge my wife for both beers which my wife reluctantly agrees to the Dos X's. When we attempted to cash out she says again she would have to charge us for the pool as it was inputted already but my wife stated we had wasted 20 mins already which Josie just charged us for the beer and coke.
The service was sad but immediately after 4 males walked in and Josie jumped and entertained them. This type of service highlights what these non-expierenced bartenders provide. Josie simply requires more training. I understand chasing tips but not at the cost of...
Read moreI wanted to give this place a try for their pizza and saw good reviews on Google. I saw that they were open until 12 and placed an order on the website around 10:35pm and got confirmation that it would be ready by 11:05pm. I drove over there and tried calling them 3 times and no one ever bothered to pick up the phone. After that I walked into the bar area and tried to get someone's attention but the people there seemed dismissive. I finally started talking to who I assume is the bar manager and explain that I am there to pick my order up and he replies back in a rude snarky attitude and tells me the kitchen closed at 10pm. Mind you, I am a first time (potential) customer and did not know that. The system should not have allowed an order to be put in after the kitchen was closed. That was not my mistake. I continued talking to the bar manager (male) and he said not my problem, I don't work kitchen...I said I understood but if he could help me resolve this issue and he just walks around all annoyed and bothered.... I'm standing there being cordial and wanting the issue resolved and he doesn't want to hear it. Finally a member who works the kitchen walks by and I talk with him and he tells me that he issued a refund. I appreciated his customer service as that's all I wanted to be resolved. As for the bar manager, his customer service was rude and lacking along with his bar staff. The face of your business are your employees and their customer service and from this one encounter I was extremely turned off and will not be frequenting this establishment. It's a shame because I was going to try their pizza and be a potential regular but I'll just stick with Marcos Pizza. The saying that first impressions and perceptions are reality comes into play here and unfortunately from the interaction from that man working the bar was enough for me to never go there and...
Read moreOk first off. Get rid of the whole scan to view the menu. I shouldn't have to sit there for ten minutes trying to scan the QR code. Some people don't have super fancy phones and just so you know some people still have flip phones. Second off the food was OK. it was almost Luke warm. Third thing the staff there were not very attentive at all. I was trying to get their attention when I paid to cause that just how I am I like the staff to see I paid. If I wanted to I could have just walked out and nobody would have noticed. Took 8 minutes for the bartender to make a simple Tennessee Stud and they were not busy at all I was the only person sitting on my side of the bar. The Tennessee stud was alright. Way too sweet though. The staff honestly seemed like they didn't want to be there. There was no energy from all the staff. I was thinking about ordering desert but then I saw one of the girls pulling her wedgy out in front of everyone and then make someone a cocktail....
