At one point, I had nothing but great things to say about this place. The service and experience seemed to be top-notch, and I was genuinely satisfied. However, after my recent experiences, I’ve come to realize that their approach to customer service, especially when it comes to long-term customer retention and relationships, leaves much to be desired.
I made a mistake with my booking dates, a simple human error that could happen to anyone. Rather than offering assistance or understanding, they were entirely unhelpful and dismissive. It’s clear that they are more concerned with immediate transactions rather than fostering long-term customer relationships.
This has completely changed my opinion of this establishment, and I can no longer recommend it. Unfortunately, I now feel compelled to leave this negative review as a reflection of my disappointment and frustration with how they handle their customers.
Update: They responded but missed several crucial details. Initially, I contacted them because the access code they provided wasn’t working. At the time, I wasn’t aware that it was for the wrong date. After informing them, they sent another code, which granted me access. Later, they messaged me, stating that I was there on the wrong date and needed to leave immediately. When I asked for a solution, they offered no assistance. Despite staying several times, the noise levels have been consistently disruptive, with a large number of people wandering around outside, making it difficult to get a restful night's sleep. Additionally, on several occasions, the rooms were not properly cleaned, which was both unsanitary and frustrating.
The professionalism of the staff also left much to be desired. Further investigation revealed that the property is managed by a company based in Tennessee rather than being locally owned, as they initially claimed. This lack of transparency and the apparent effort to mislead guests about local ownership is particularly disappointing.
