Arkansas Tower Motel — Hotel in Hot Springs

WORST PLACE I'VE EVER STAYED! owner's wife hates children other than her own. She blamed my family for things other tenants admitted to doing. Paula the owner is really crazy and I would never recommend staying there because of her and how trashy she is to others. Instead of fixing issues, she'll blame others and kick you out instead of fixing problems. I even found black mold ALL over my Door and all over the wall beside the door. Will NOT fix issues in apartment and will rent out unfit rooms! Owner's wife is a selfish...

I have lived here for 3 years and the owner Mrs. Paula has been nothing but fair and kind a lovely young business owner and loving wife and mother to her children. Constantly see her and her husband working on the property fixing and maintaining there business. And if you need anything she or her husband responds promptly.
