I haven't had a bad experience with Verizon yet. Today we were buying two phones. Nate was great with us. Since I'm hearing impaired he was good with slowing down and repeating things to me. He set both phones up and bam it was all good. But I was impressed with the two other employees also. While I was there two elderly men were being taken care of separately by the employees. One had a wheel chair, but was pretty independent. The worker spoke to him about the product he was buying in an easy to understand manner. The other guy was using a walker. The girl taking care of him offered him to sit and spoke loud so he could hear her from a distance. She walked his purchases over to him. Then when it was time to leave the man couldn't stand on his own. She motioned to the worker taking care of wheel chair guy. That employee walked over to the stuck man and put his arm out for the guy to grab on. He helped him up and got him safely out the door. My impression was that every employee in that store was what we need today. Heros. Not Superman, but the kind that don't even know how...

She had tried to pay it online and over the phone with Verizon corporate but they were having issues with their Website, so they suggested she visit our local store. My wife returned to the car and said that the person working in the store was rude. Naturally, this upset me because my wife is a very kind person. I entered the store and told the guy that he should apologize to my wife for being rude. He smugly denied that he was rude. After a brief conversation, he told me to just leave a bad review for him online. Thus, that confirmed to me that he is an arrogant and rude person who doesn't care about customer service. I would recommend that he receive some customer...
