I usually don't make a big deal about things but I ordered a pizza a few weeks ago and when the delivery driver showed up I said hold on a minute bc I was in the kitchen and would be a sec but as I was walking towards the living room door the delivery driver was opening our living room door and it was so creepy bc I understood he had to have heard me as he stood outside the door 2-3 minutes before coming in. I walked over to him grabbed the pizza and gave him the money he stopped what he was doing for a minute counted what I gave him and said yea thats alright I said ok Thank you and smiled he gave me the rest of my order I went inside closed the door and locked it Then today I ordered a salad they forgot my dressing I called and was like can you drop some dressing off while you're out and about I have no dressing here and she was like if he can and I was like ok I was like he doesn't have to run it upstairs he can just leave it on the porch...point being ...your job is to be a server if I have to beg you for my order or you have to complain to a customer who is tipping you or voicing their concerns about the lack of your work ethic do your job right the first time or you'll be doing it...
Read morePatronize this restaurant if you like places where the employees really understand great service. We were staying at a hotel nearby and decided we wanted a Pizza Hut fix. Our waitress was awesome and really took great care of us even bringing us extra bread sticks that had been accidentally prepped with no one to eat them. She was friendly and completely on top of whatever we needed. We left and were flying back to Denver when I realized I left my credit card there. Well, the employee who answered the phone when I called couldn't have been nicer and he acknowledged that they were holding the card safe and sound. Then I worked with a manager, Jim, who agreed to mail the card back to me after I provided appropriate identification. He was careful to camouflage the cc with cardboard and it arrived safely back to me today. Read moreNever have eaten there again after one of staff stole my wife’s wallet with $350 in it when she left it there. The manager was supposed to lock it in th safe, but didn’t follow policy and put it on her desk. Then an employee stole it off the managers desk. The owner said he’d replace what was stolen then reneged on his claim, despite it was his staffs fault for not following procedure in handling the wallet. The owner had the audacity to accuse my wife of lying about the amount of money she had in her wallet, which I knew she had, and refused to replace what was stolen. It was his excuse so he could offer $350 in pizza coupons. The employee who stole it commented on what a nice wallet it was before she stole it, then quit days later when they asked her to take a lie detector test.
