Awful customer service. 1 person speaks english. 5/5 past times my order was wrong and if you confront them about it, and ask for the correct order, they demand the ice cream back after a few bites and set it on the counter in the back for someone else to eat. I've gotten 2 ice cream cakes and 2/2 times they spelt "birthday" wrong and on another "father" wrong and said oh sorry and laughed when i told them and didnt give a discount or anything.The customer is never right at this organization. I've given them too many chances. They have been under new management, and in the past 20 years of visiting this location, we have never had this much of an issue. Lost me as a returning customer because of too many consecutive bad...

It was a traumatic experience for my grandson the lady working the counter was not very pleasant..the man in back brought out 2 cones covered in hard caramel and my grandson who has asperger syndrome slightly touched them thinking Oh yea MINE lol the 2 ladies whom they were for said no big deal when I said I would buy them another they giggled well then to our surprise the girl working snatched them up quickley and whipped in garbage With a mad look on her face as she starred at my grandson. Shocked us all...my grandson who is 4 by the way he was like OH MY REALLY...well she needs some better communication skills..she could of handled all this differently.. we will not be back...

Went thru the drive thru tonight and told them I wanted a large blizzard cup of only TWIST ice cream they instead told me it would be cheaper to get a quart of vanilla ice cream and I said no I want twist in a large blizzard cup. Well pulled up to the window and they tried saying yet again this is the size of the large blizzard and it would be cheaper to get a quart of vanilla. I told them again no I wanted TWIST ice cream. Well went without my ice cream as I guess can’t get a large blizzard cup of twist ice cream. Not the first time this has happened to me.
