My engagement ring was purchased from Luckeys. My now husband was advised that I could get it resized as soon as he gave it to me. I went in and got my ring resized and was told if it needed to be resized again just to bring it in. Due to Covid our wedding was pushed back multiple times. About 4 years later I went to get it resized and cleaned up before our wedding. When I received my ring back the back part of the band was extremely thin. I questioned it and they told me since my fingers were so big it thinned out the band but it would be ok. After our wedding I only worn my ring for special occasions because I was nervous it would break. For our first wedding anniversary it did just that. I noticed a small crack and took it off and picked it up. When I brought it in they said it was because I use hand sanitizer and soap. The lady I spoke with blamed me and was so rude that I just left with my broken ring. My husband went here to support a local business. He went here to get a special unique ring. He went chose Luckeys to start our life together. They were supposed to be our go to for everything wedding and beyond. Now I have a ring sitting in a box that...
Read moreCame to this location to have a 20 year old movado museum watch's battery replaced and clasp fixed. The clasp wouldn't close, after some diagnosing, he just shaved some material off the connecting links because they were bumping up against each other. It now works great as well as the battery. Before I came here I read their wonderful reviews, and one of the very rare-less then 5 star reviews (700+ reviews and still a 5.0 total) was they were expensive. To have my battery replaced and clasp fixed it was $46.18!?! $22.00 to have battery replaced and $20.00 to fix clasp plus tax. I literally spent more on lunch an hour before. I was expecting $150+ after reading the four star review. Movado quoted $32 just for shipping the watch to them. The cherry on the top was everyone there were super friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone needing jewelery or Jewelery repair,...
Read moreIn February, I proposed to the woman of my dreams with a temporary engagement ring. When her customized Fana setting was ready, I brought it to another jeweler who set it for us. Happily ever after, right? I wish that was so. The other jeweler failed to cut the mounting correctly, and to my dismay, her diamond fell out! Now, we were fortunate to find the diamond, but now we were stuck with a broken head and a loose diamond. Enter: the incredible team at Luckey’s. They inspected the ring, confirmed what the issue was, and rather than turning a profit on an unfortunate circumstance, they called the ring maker, shipped it out, and got it completely remade, correctly, and handled all the of logistics for me. While I didn’t make a purchase today, they have a customer for life. If anyone has any jewelry needs, Luckey’s is the only...
