Please don't buy a car from Auto Savvy because they are selling cars with problems. I bought my car in May 2025 I didn't even have my car for 3 days in check engine light came on. They have a hotline that you call when there is a problem with the car I was on the phone for two hours no one never answered. When finally got in touch with someone about the car they came in got the car. In they held my car for two weeks with no communication by third week I went back to dealership to ask what was going on with my car. Everyone in the dealership did not care what I was going through. Finally a lady named Lilly said we are ordering a water pump for your car I said ok. Another week went by, they texted me to come pick up my car. I picked my car up that night and the very next day my check engine light came on. I spoke with Lilly and told her I would like to take my car to Honda dealership because it's Honda and I feel more comfortable if Honda looked at my car to tell me the problem. It took couple days for Lilly to take my car to Honda. My car was at Honda for only one day and Honda told me the harness needs to be replaced. They said they can tell that someone has messed with wires before and it would be best to replace the harness so I would have no more problems with car. My car sat at Honda dealership for almost two weeks waiting from response from dealership on fixing my vehicle. I never got response so I went to dealership to speak with Sean and asked what is going on and were is my car he played like he did not no. That's when I said ok I will go to Honda dealership to see if they have my car. Then Sean admitted we have the car. I told Sean I would like my harness to be replaced and he said well I'm going to have my mechanics looked at it first to figure out the problem. I said you already know what problem is and it's Harness and needs to be replaced. I don't want y'all just fixing the wires because that has been done before and check engine light is still on. (Autosavvy gives you three month warranty and policy states that first you have to let Autosavvy fixed the car and if that doesn't work the customer has the right to get it fixed of there choice were they want to and warranty covers up to ($6000). Another thing when I picked up my car I asked for diagnostic paperwork on what was done on my car and Sean wouldn't give to me And I wanted Honda dealership to fix it. Sean made excused said that Honda just wanted to charge a whole lot money and they whether used there on mechanics to fix the car. And ask Sean why aren't Autosavvy following what's and black and white on paper about the warranty. His response was ( I don't know). Before I left the dealership I told Sean I wanted my harness replaced and to not just fixed the wires because that's not fixing the problem. About hour later I get call from Sam from Autosavvy said they going to fixed the wires and I told him I want my harness replaced because I know that would fix the problem. He said no and said by fixing the harness I'm putting a bandaid on it. I told him no by fixing the wires he putting a bandaid on it. To fix the harness at Honda dealership it would cost $5000. But the warranty covers up to $6000. So I don't understand why dealership couldn't just do the right thing. Now my car has a warning light telling me that the air bag has a problem and know it's because they did not replaced the (harness). Now I'm scared of driving because I'm scared my air bag will blow out while I'm driving. Please stay away from Autosavvy they do not care about the customer. I put one star but they don't deserve no stars. I had to put one star in order to...
Read moreUpdate to review: Now that the excitement of buying the car has passed I need to update my review. Donât get me wrong, Kevin was extremely nice, the Main manager and the finance manager too but there were some things I do feel they need to improve.
1st, the car was not cleaned. They said that they would cleaned it and took it to the back while we signed paperwork but in reality they did not even vacuumed it. I was starting to use it today and there was even a used up bandage that I know I havenât used and extremely dusty and dirty under the rugs and under the seats and crumbs and debris on the back seats. They did put water on it but not what you would expect after buying an $18k car. The cup holders are extremely dirty and Iâm having the car detailed and waxed tomorrow but you would think this wouldnât be necessary until using it for a while. I feel for a dealership this should not be a compromise or something we need to ask.
I even had to ask about gas⌠We initially asked because when we test drove it, we noticed it was on Empty. I was immediately told no, we donât put gas on it. I was told it was dealer policy, I asked again before signing and they did put some gas in it before we left. Again I donât think this is what a dealership should compromise on. Just make sure you check the car fully before signing and that itâs up to your standards.
The process was fast and now I think it was too fast, take your time and donât rush like I was. Overall yes Kevin is extremely charismatic and will do everything to help you get the car you want. I only took away a star because they do make you feel at home and again the process is very smooth and fast when it comes to approvals and signing!
âââââââââââââââââââââ- My husband saw the car we have been looking for and called the dealership. He was in contact with Kevin Hemming and the process was smooth and definitely fast. Kevin helped us so much and he knew was he was doing and tried to give us the best deal. He was not pushy and allowed us to think things through and we got to test drive a few vehicles before deciding on ours, they washed it and cleaned it for us and we are truly happy with the process. If you need a car and want to do it in a non stress manner please call and...

8/21/23: Bringing my car back for the 4th time for the same issue and I didnât have it for over a month. 7/4 - 8/18. Turned it on the 2nd day after pick up and the turbo is still out. Replace the turbo PLEASE. I have a pregnant wife and live an hour away. Iâve had to take time from my work day 4 times to drive in Houston traffic. Thatâs 2 1/2 hours back and forth each time.
Update 8/18/23: My car was in the shop for a period from July 4th to August 18th and is now in working order. It seems they have cleaned up shops around there so to speak. Iâm awaiting no issues to the vehicle in the next few months. We had some issues but I believe they finally fixed them. Gold star to Tab, Alex, and your tech and we will see what happens from here. Iâm leaving four stars as my final review. They fixed and detailed the vehicle and made it feel like new again which was very nice. I hope to see you soon but not to soon⌠Thank you!
Update 7/11/23: I have to put this down to two stars. You cannot get ahold of anyone at this location except sales. If you have a problem with your vehicle you will not be able to reach anyone that can help. The mechanic here didnât run a diagnostic on my car and blamed it on the people who changed my oil. I hooked it up to a diagnostic and saw it was a sensor. You will leave voicemails and nobody will call you back. You do not get to talk to or see the mechanics here which I always talked to the mechanics at Mazda. They are very disorganized here and you will be unhappy with the customer service after you purchase your car.
January 2023: In the beginning I thought I couldnât apply for a car. This was my first car I bought and they helped me get my payments below 500 for a very nice trail blazer RS. Iâm in love...
