IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. I came to this Burlington because I was on this side of town, and am extremely upset over my experience. First of all the store is very dirty and messy, the line was long and I was in line for almost 20 minutes, the cashier that helped me did not even greet us, we found a shirt that had stains and asked for a discount nicely , the manager was called and instead of JUST deciding whether or not she would give me the discount she commented on the stains being small and that it can easily come off. In my opinion it was unnecessary because what if I went home and washed the shirt and the stains didnt come off ? what then?, anyways I was given the discount and I was also going to use my employee discount the manager said that we could not use both discounts and I was confused as to why I couldnt if i picked something and it happened to be damaged & my discount is a benefit that we get as employees which we have no control over when we get more or less , anywho she called the store manager and basically said that they couldnt honor it which is crazy to have something in your store thats not in perfect condition and still try to sell it full price , I believe that instead of caring so much more to honor a discount to something thats damaged they should worry more about fixing their store and making it look...

But this location is the worst one . And I spend two hour to select my stuff . There is no ticket on one paint . First the lady who was on counter she went for 20 minutes and tell itâs 24 $ .
