AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I have never experienced so much disrespect and unprofessionalism from an establishment. Especially from their “owner”, Benjamin. If you want cheap furniture and to feel like you’re being robbed of your money then shop here! I paid full price for a bedroom set on November 4th and was guaranteed delivery on November 15th at 6pm. On November 15th, I receive no phone call/text/or email confirmation about my delivery. I had to call the warehouse multiple times and no one had any clue what I was talking about. They refused to let me talk to Benjamin who sold me the set, instead they gave me a delivery guys phone number who flat out told me he had no clue what delivery I was talking about. I call back the warehouse and make them aware and they say they’ll call me back with answers. I never receive a call back. I had to call them back repeatedly for an update as it was now 8:00pm. They say they’ll deliver my items Thursday at 6:00 pm. Thursday comes and still no confirmation that I will even get my items that day. I start calling the warehouse at 5:00 pm to get confirmation and now they are avoiding my calls. I call for over an hour and no one answers. Thankfully I had the delivery drivers number and he tells me he’s not making my delivery. Then he gives me Benjamin’s personal number. He seemed shocked I called him on his personal cell phone. I also had to show up at the warehouse in person to get a response as to why they’re avoiding my calls. It’s 6:45pm now, and still no delivery at my home again. They never had any intentions of delivering my items and I fully believe if I hadn’t of gotten his personal phone number or shown up at the warehouse to get answers they would’ve continued to avoid my calls and concerns. They made up so many lies and excuses for why they didn’t deliver. Claiming they were behind and had to force their delivery driver to stop mid delivery for someone else to be in route to deliver my items. Untrue. They had to look for and pay a random man (that isn’t an employee and has never made any deliveries for this company before– I know this because he told me at my house) who was just looking for work to do this LAST MINUTE delivery at 7:00 pm now for me because I was so upset and not leaving until I know I’m getting my stuff. Like I said, they had no intentions of delivering my items. Thankfully this man takes the last minute job and delivers my items at 8:00pm .. but to no surprise, items are missing. So now I have a bed set that cannot be built. Friday, I had to take time off from my job to receive the rest of my missing items. After days of inconvenience, all I received for compensation was $75 for the “delivery fee”. Horrible experience with this company. The lady at the front seemed very helpful and patient while i browsed for furniture. She even showed pictures when i needed it. My issue however, started from delivery day. The delivery driver was late. I ordered a couch, tv stand and dining table set. After delivery, he VOLUNTARILY offered to put up my tv stand for me and told me to let him know when i got my tv, once i did, it was a different story. Then all of a sudden when i spoke to the manager, he said they don’t do that and maybe the delivery guy was just trying to help. Understandable, but then there should be a uniformity across employees so there’s no misinformation. I could’ve easily had someone else come do it but the delivery driver literally offered out of nowhere. For the dining table set, after getting it delivered I realized it didn’t fit the vibe of the rest of my furniture, so i asked if it was possible for it to be exchanged for something else the lady rudely said “well why didn’t you look at it before you bought it” (im paraphrasing) which is so unnecessarily rude. i wasn’t demanding it be replaced i just wanted to know if that was a possibility and if not, that’s okay. she said she would ask her manager and lmk, she never got back to me. and finally, the couch i got less than a month ago, is staring to come lose (ive added photos). when i called to ask what the policy was, i wasn’t asking for a refund, i just wanted to know if it can be replaced as having a brand new couch coming lose less than a month in, is crazy. the man otp didn’t let me talk and just interrupted with “we don’t give refunds” that’s not what i was asking for? anyway, this is a horrible establishment, they think bc they’re giving you discounted prices, they don’t need to be kind and have customer service and you should just be grateful for the discount. I recently had the pleasure of interacting with a wonderful lady furniture store agent Ms. Karina, and I must say, she made my shopping experience truly exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the store, she greeted me with a warm and genuine smile, instantly putting me at ease.

Her extensive knowledge of the furniture selection was impressive, and she took the time to understand my preferences and needs. With her expert guidance, I was able to find the perfect pieces that fit both my style and budget. She was patient, attentive, and never pushy, making me feel valued as a customer.

Throughout the process, she displayed a remarkable level of professionalism and courtesy, ensuring I had all the necessary information and answering any questions I had. It was evident that she was passionate about her job and genuinely cared about making my shopping experience enjoyable.

Furthermore, her excellent problem-solving skills came in handy when there was a minor issue with the delivery schedule. She handled the situation promptly and efficiently, going above and beyond to ensure I received my furniture on time.

I want to give a huge thank you to Tony, the store manager at Bodega Outlet. He is truly outstanding! From the moment I walked in, Tony went above and beyond to make sure I had a great shopping experience. He is professional, approachable, and always ready to help with a smile. Tony takes the time to listen and ensure that customers find exactly what they need. His knowledge of the store and commitment to excellent customer service really stand out. It’s rare to find a manager who genuinely cares about both the customers and the team, but Tony does exactly that. On top of the great service, the prices at Bodega Outlet are super affordable and much cheaper compared to other places, which makes shopping here even better. I highly recommend Tony and Bodega Outlet to everyone, you’ll always get excellent service, great deals, and a positive shopping experience!

I also worked in furniture stores when I arrived in this country, I was always respectful and polite with clients regardless of whether they thanked me for my work or not! We Venezuelans are characterized by that respect and education towards others, this person does not represent me or my country

I went to pick up this vanity while I was on a call one of your employees cursed at me just because I didn't say thank you! like i said before i was on a call! This type of action is UNACCEPTABLE for a business that serves people! unfortunately that boy is Venezuelan. I as a Venezuelan repudiated and condemned this very bad attitude! I also worked in furniture stores when I arrived in this country, I was always respectful and polite with clients regardless of whether they thanked me for my work or not!
