Read moreI was online browsing to purchase a vehicle for a family member. My first red flag is that the dealer website does not post prices. I decided to check out the reviews. There are alot of reviews from people who have only written 1-2 reviews for Google. That is not what really rubbed me wrong though. I noticed that all of the one star negative reviews had one thing in common: the dealer responded distastefully negative. The responses given pertained to the dissatisfied customer's personal situations. Honestly, that is the biggest red flag for me. The world is a hard place to live in. Kindness goes a long way. I have had poor experiences in alot of consumer/sales situations and there are times where things are beyond your control. The best and most professional way to handle those situations is in a positive way. I do not need a vehicle; I was just browsing and personally own three. Best of luck!
Edit In response to the dealer's reply: There's no such thing as a system or book of leads so naturally you will not find a mythical character there. As an online shopper, I definitely was a potential customer who has every right to research a place of business where I might shop. In fact, I am sure that is the purpose of reviews. It would be a cowardice act to remove my comment because you read my comment as derogatory and proposed that it was illegal for me to express my review publicly. That seems like a double-sided sword when you openly degraded dissatisfied customers. It is an amendment right to freedom of speech. I have found a vehicle from a very professional dealer so I definitely will not be needing your services. I hope you find grace in your daily consultations with people who come to your business and those people find their encounters pleasant enough to leave you with more satisfying reviews....

After being rejected from many other dealers from Austin to Houston we were skeptical and we live in Killeen (3.5 hrs away) but my husband started speaking with a young lady earlier this week she set up our apt for 12:15 today upon arrival we were greeted right away and led to the truck of our dreams we went in immediatly and spoke with the manager he sent us for a test drive we thought yea typical and even though we loved the truck we werent convinced we were going to get it so then came moment of truth, we went in to financing and OMG there are not words to explain what the did for us the jumped through hoops did some back flips and got us to the numbers we needed to be at, from the time we got there to the time we left we were treated as family and they made it possible for us to get the truck of our dreams so if your thinking about it do it! Go over to Paisanos and it dosent matter who helps you out the all go above and beyond so I want to say thank you the the team at Paisanos the got us the truck of our dreams and I will Deffenitly be going back to get my Escalade ASAP! I 100% reccommend them! one other great point is the length of stay even though I felt as if I was at home with family they got us out of there quicker than any other dealer I have ever been to by 4pm we were on our way home! Thanks again guys! For the extra kicker we got a 2019 GMC Denali with a great down payment and a decent monthly payment and my credit is not so good!...
