I will never do business with this company ever again. Purchased an almost $3k go-kart from the location in spring and upon loading it up, noticed that the bottom had a lot of damage. asked for a partial refund of $200 and they refused, instead they sent me another 35 mins away saying they had another unit available and ready to be loaded up with no damage. Got to the second location, and my purchase wasnāt ready. Stood around waiting for another hour after being told it would be another 20 minutes. The boss Iām assuming, (he was the only one speaking to me) left and the lady in the office kept giving me the run around saying it was missing a solenoid and they were trying to find the parts while on the phone telling me I could take the unit home ānot runningā and they would send a mechanic to my home tomorrow. Not happening! Or they could issue a full refund tomorrow because the guy had already left the previous location I was at! So I leave both locations after spending hours now with my family stuck waiting, no product but a receipt saying yall were paid in full and I went home? I donāt know yall and thatās not how you do business! I eventually had to call the police after the other guy at the previous location told me to go ahead and do it over the phone, meanwhile when I was on the phone with him he told me originally I wasnāt the person he had dealt with at the other store when he was the only one there, and magically upon making that phone call to the police, my go-kart was ready all of a sudden. These people will try to scam you if you give them the chance. EDIT TO ADD TO REPLIED COMMENT: I am going to stop you right there, I was only offered a $50 refund(asked for $200)at the first location and was told that the unit was ready at the other location with my paperwork, ID, and receipt. The unit has paint damage, and the metal plating on the bottom of the kart was warped and torn away from the frame from being improperly handled. Upon arriving in Houston, I was told my wait was 20mins for my unit. After waiting after 45, I went inside to ask what was going on with my purchase and was told you were attempting to source parts for it. At this point, I was clearly over it and just wanted my refund because Iāve spent over 3 hours trying to get this gokart. I had my whole family waiting with me in the car(this is my older kids birthday present), and just wanted my money back and was going to take my business elsewhere. I paid $1900 in cash at the spring location, and put the remaining balance on my credit card. I was told by one guy I was going to have to turn around and go to spring and get my cash refund, and wait for my credit card payment to process back(which I was obviously not comfortable with at this point). Then I was told the other guy at the spring office he wasnāt even there anymore and was going to have to wait, or I could take this other incomplete unit(that might I add STILL HAS BODY DAMAGE EXACTLY LIKE THE FIRST ONE) and one of their āmechanicsā would come out and fix it? You all kept saying call the law, and we did. And as soon as we did the issue resolved itself. That seems really scam-ish to me. In the end, we took the product yes because we were not fixing to load up A SECOND GO-KART ON TO A TRAILER AND BREAK OUR KIDS HEARTS ON THEIR BIRTHDAY. Oh, and also.
