Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Houston

HORRENDOUS, went through the drive through on 5-7-18 Monday. Between 9-930 AM. The drive thru lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. Had to wait forever just to be acknowledged on the speaker. When I finally told her my order, which was simple, the Brunch burger combo , there was just a long pause of silence, she was not paying attention. Heard her chatting with her co workers. So I'm just sitting , waiting for her to continue with the ordering process. Then she asks me what I want to order, I tell her again. She still didn't get it, again. Mind you, I was speaking loud and clear enough to be understood the whole time at the speaker. Anyways, she finally gets my combo order, then asks me what to drink. Had to tell her 3 times, because she just refuses to pay attention. I did raise my voice at her, because it was obvious she didn't have any respect for me. I was patient but she kept violating basic listening etiquette. I think her name was Lois or Eloise. Maybe she just needs more training, I don't know, that's up to management to figure out. I will not come here in the morning anymore. I was very hungry when I pulled up, and she made me even more irritable . I work in the service industry,.I am empathetic to what employees have to go through with rude customers. I always am cordial and polite to service employees but at the same time I will have to raise my voice if I'm being blatantly...

UPDATE: If I cld rate this location 10 🌟, I wouldn't hesitate. I've only been to this location a few times and each & every time, everything from the service to food quality to presentation has been consistently on point. That is all us fallible humans can ask for: the best we can from another . Speaking of, thee best service I ever encountered ever from any Jack was from tonight's drive thru expedition. Angel was an absolute angel and the cooks made my meal to absolute perfection. And believe me, "fast food" was exactly what I needed after working a long 12 hour straight day, w/o a break & zero sustenance. So ty to everyone involved, especially Angel for providing excellence in all of it's forms and keep up the great job👏

Encountering Asun. was meeting one of the biggest sweethearts, & much needed after a long fkn day! Oh yuh, that Rib-Eye Burger goes hard esp after not eating a gawd damn morsel all day long! *Mad props to the drive-thru dude for keeping his cool when it was raining ppl that were more than likely exhausted...

Ordered 2 breakfast Jack's thru drive thru.. no cars behind me what so ever.. then was told to pull around to wait for order. Made no sense.. had to get off go inside and hear one the mangers tell the other one in Spanish that I get impatient, that told me it was done on purpose... if you notice you will never see a review in Spanish either.. cause its the american people who get screwed in our orders the disrespect from these workers.. these fast food restruants were established by the american people when yall started and now to allow these workers to treat us like they are treated in their country..I don't think it's right to come to our country and make us live the way your use to doing things. There's a reason why it's called fast food.. I've been coming to this place for over 5 years and I seen it turn to trash.. won't take my money ever again.. I just left my order i couldn't trust eating it..The owners name tells...
