Worst place to buy a quince dress! If I could give 0 stars I would. We came to the store a year in advance and fell in love with a dress on a catalog, the “owner” said that the color would be like one that she had in her boutique. So my sister tried it on and liked the color, so we decided to order it right then and there without exploring other options. Fast forward to a few months before the event, the dress got here in a completely different color!!!!!! Couldn’t believe it, the “owner” does not know what she’s selling!!! Plus her prices are way to high!! Beware! At first she was all nice and giggles and when the lady saw that she made a mistake she was trying to make it seem that it was our fault and started to become defensive! For anyone that buys here make sure you check the dress yourself. Make sure you try to pull the zipper up-and-down multiple times because when I went to go put the dress on my daughter for a photo shoot that zipper did not go up so now I have to get it fixed by somebody else. I live in another state so now I have to pay extra. They show you there in the moment to becarful because the dress is delicate, but also rush you to get you out when there is 15 mints left before they close the store on a Saturday. This place needs better training for your customers. What's more important business or rushing people out the door. Beautiful Dresses but customer service is the number one thing for me. I understand that there is no restrooms for the public but as a client that is spending more then a thousand dollars should be able to use the restroom as a client. Another thing someone that is spending over that much money, driving 6 hours to get a dress from a location that was recommended SHOULD NOT RUSH A client! If my daughter would have not needed this dress I promise I would have went somewhere else!! But for my next two girls I will not be back. I'm glad to go somewhere else with my hard earned money and to be able to take my time and not rush someone who spent over a thousand...
