first of i had went just to get a pedicure i had went once before and i liked how my pedicure came out the girl who does them does a phenomenal job. once i got there there was this older lady and when she saw me she INSISTED for me to get a full set, i was skeptical because i don’t do full sets anywhere i have my own place for full sets. at first i was like no I want to let my nails rest from acrylics but she INSISTED once AGAIN. she even said she could do design and that she would do quality nails!!!! It was all a LIE she was so sloppy while doing my nails the powder was all sticky on my FINGERS, talking on the phone most of the time but the worse part was once she started doing the “design” it literally looks like a kindergartner did it!!! i was furious but I’m not those type of customers to go off you’ll just loose my business because i will not come again. she didn’t even made me wash my hands and at the end my hands where sticky and she started rubbing that oil in my hands and i got so much lint I had to wash my hands as soon as she told me she was done. smh why lie about your work if you don’t really know how to do it.. i spent $100 together pedi and full set, and it...

I just moved to Houston and I gave this spot a try. An older lady did my eyebrows and one was shorter than another. My waxing didn’t feel the same.. I thought maybe she had a soft had.. and I felt something a little off on the opposite side she was standing on. Sure enough one eyebrow was shorter than the other. I’m very particular about my eyebrows and always get compliments on them. I’ve had A1 techs/waxers in the past. When I asked why one was shorter than the other I was told because that’s my natural brow. Mind you I haven’t had my brows done in a while they were full because I was skeptical about trying someone new!! After waxing there was no trimming and she plucked maybe 2/3 hairs after my wax. Every waxer always has had to trim and tweeze my brows in the past. I literally had to come home and clean them up some more with my brow scissors and straight razor. I went there with my friend to get my nails done. Well everything was good until i asked for the price and the lady said theres three 22 25 28 i wanted the 25 which is medium. Then she left and came back, when she was gone i told my friend that she was giving a me a attitude. When she got back she started been so rude and screaming and even pull out her phone to take a picture of me.So i got her phone of her hands and she called the cops on me. Just for asking the price on my nails that i wanted done. They came they said only because is pravitely own business they can denied service. But i feel like thats not right. She even had her tolddler there screaming and touching everything even she was taking care of me....
