Amazing journey with Chris leading our complete media room build over several months and seeing it through to completion. His deep expertise combined with vast experience translated to a very high end experience for us working with someone so knowledgeable. After going through many interviews with multiple vendors, I stopped looking after my first meeting where Chris showed up on the same day I called their store. He was immediately different than any other vendor we had evaluated and did not bat an eye on our list of requirements, some that were a bit complex and needed specialized operations. Chris continued to be hands-on until final day of delivery personally calibrating our entire system and really shows how much he truly loves this space and is passionate about getting things right. Unlike other vendors who may delegate to their crew, Chris was there whenever required to personally supervise and guide his team throughout the project and ensured nothing was being missed and absolutely no corners were being cut. It was truly refreshing to see someone who truly cared about getting everything right vs just getting it done ! Also, his trusted team have been amazing to deal with and even though the project took some time, the quality and finishing at the end of it is unbeatable ! i will try make this short, and please future customers, READ my testimony and just take it from me. These guys are the epitome of Customer Service. If u wanna be well taken care of with your audio journey, COME TO THESE GUYS. I did not even purchase the amplifier from them. They have no profit or benefit from helping me out. Hell Im not even a Houstonian! But they welcomed me with open arms and did a full diagnosis of the amplifier. They gave me definitive answers which unfortunately comes to the amp being faulty, but they're answers to my questions nonetheless. But hey I can finally sleep in peace now and Im about to ship my amp back to the seller. All that wouldn't be possible if it wasn't for Jeff and Eddie. and OH they gave me a tour of their headquarters too! Its like Comic Con and CES had a baby and its Houston Audio. Great experience shopping here. I am a projector nut along with being an audiophile and was in the market for a laser 4k long throw projector. I was losing faith in Epson after buying their LS800 UST from Micro Center and not feeling like my dollar was getting a good bargain. Bad buying experience there. I stopped at Modia down the road and the Sony dealer all but told me to piss off unless I had $7 grand to spend. Found this place online and the moment I stepped inside the energy was right. Kennith Westbrook took me to the Epson LS12000 and demoed it for me, Beautiful picture. Its what I was looking for. The price from Epson was a little high and he made me a deal I couldn't refuse on the spot. Love it man, I got exactly what I was looking for as an enthusiast. It made the pain of buying a lot less to have gotten a deal. It was the right piece of kit for my home setup too. Trying to pull off a 150" laser 4k hdr 120hz screen in a partially light controlled living room is no easy task but the Epson handles it....
