If I could give 0 stars I would, honestly feel like this place is just a scam. I found it on google maps because I was looking for a place to repair my permanent bracelet that broke, I came all the way from Rosenberg TWICE and wasn’t able to get any help. First time I came by they told me it was appointment only so I scheduled one for the next day, I came then and the person was a no show. I called about 5 times, and left a voicemail the first time, then my calls started getting declined. I went in a week ago to get an anklet and was very pleased with the selection of chains. I ended up picking out a thin gold chain and had a great experience getting it put on! Both women were super nice, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. Since the chain is so thin, I did have an issue where it came off due to a very small gap in the jump ring, but they were able to get me in the next day and fixed it free of charge since this issue was the ring.
