OMG! They don't even understand English!!!! I went in with knots in my neck and back that were giving me MAJOR problems. I tried to explain where the pain was and thought the masseur was understanding what I was saying. But NO! Nobody understands anything except the thumbs up and the word yes!! But they did ask for the tip when the screen came up at payment. 🙄 They need a translator BAD! The guy who gave my massage just rubbed over my knots, and I know he felt them because I did, every time he went over one! But he didn't bother trying to get them out! He didn't even apply that much pressure during the massage, but he kept asking, "Are you ok?". As long as he heard yes, he just kept going thru the motions. Smh.. that was a waste of my $60 + $5 tip because there was no way I was going to pay more of a tip, and nobody understood a thing I was saying!!! What the heck! I'm so disappointed! I hate that it's Christmas Eve and I can't go anywhere else because they're the only ones open, and I see why!! 😒 It is REALLY BAD BUSINESS to have a language barrier between you and your customers, and they are what runs your...
Read moreSTAFF VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! So this was my first time in a massage parlor, and I'm sure it wasn't supposed to go this way:
The lady (masseuse) was texting while rubbing my feet. I assumed she thought I couldn't see her underneath the towel over my eyes, until she pulled out the phone and started having a full blown conversation with someone whole rubbing my back. At that point it was obvious she just didn't give a care about using her phone while with a client.. The other ladies also kept talking to each other LOUD and laughing LOUD across building. This is not the environment you want to be in when you just want to relax after a long, draining weekend. I definitely will not be returning. I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap prices, cheap staff, cheap work ethic. I'll spend a little bit more next time and go somewhere else. SO DISAPPOINTED. Did I mention this was my first "professional massage"? Thought...
Read moreI came in hurting and left hurting worst. I ask for one hour feet and one hour back. I don't feel like it was professional at all. The guy said I needed 1.5 hours on back (which should have been stated that it was $20 more). That's not the worst part, during my massage this 200lb man stood on top of me with his feet. I told him it hurts a lot and he didn't stop. He said I was very tense. I don't care, you are hurting me. First and last time I'm getting a 2 hour massage. (2 stars June 2018) I changing the stars to three, not because of the 30% off. I actually just read that today. Which I will be coming back for, thank you (owner). I had a much better experience tonight(2/18/19). The massage therapist was very helpful and made sure to avoid my sensitive area. Her name is Anna, very sweet and strong. I do feel lot better after seeing her. Thank you...
